Bought a 2017 car there in 2019 and I have had more issues with it than I did with my older car that was more than 15yrs old. I've had battery issues several times, I've had to put tires on ( even though i was told they were new tires) and now the car won't start. I called AAA and they said it's not the battery so now I have to be thinking of putting more money into it. I'm very disappointed. I shouldn't have to be putting so much money into it already.

I had the best experience here. My wife and I combined have probably bought/leased 7 cars with this being the 8th. This was by far the best experience we have had. No pushy sales people, I was able to look at cars in peace which I loved. Once I was ready to ask question or look closer Derek was right there to help. After looking and needing to go home and talk it over, they try to pressure me or convince me to buy in the spot. When I decided and came back the next day I think Chris and Derek had everything from the paper work to washing and inspecting the car and keys in my hand in an hour tops

Mark helped me get my second car a couple years ago after an accident. Last year I went to key auto to see if I could trade and get into something a little bigger because I need to be able to fit a wheel chair in my car if needed and I know my credit is not great at all and I have no co signer so after a week of playing phone tag it was a no go. I’ll try again next year but with the store in Portsmouth because I find the staff more friendly

I was treated with the most disrespect ever in my history of buying anything within the past 30 years! The test drove the vehicle and I noticed the tag in the vehicle was $2,000 less than what I paid. So I brought this up to the sales manager and with an attitude he said if I do not like the price then leave the building and buy elsewhere. I said whoa whoa calm down no one is upset. He then said if tell him what to do one more time he will not sell me car and ask me to leave. Absolutely amazing service, was on and out with a new car Within a few hours. Derrick was super helpful and was really a great salesman. I have been here a couple times. Once to test drive a car and once to sell one. When test driving a couple years ago, there was a very no pressure approach. I took the car for a ride and once I returned I was asked if I had any other questions about the car. I was then handed a business card and just told to call if I was interested. Was very pleased with the whole interaction. Recently I returned to see if they would be interested in buying a used car from me without purchasing one from them. Purchased my vehicle back in January. There was a small dent and was told they would fix whenever I was ready. Made the appointment... in the meantime found the Air conditioning was not blowing cold air. Dropped my car off, expected it to be about two weeks. About a week in called to check on the status of my vehicle... Got a message from Logan the the air conditioning was all sent and was at the body shop. Vehicle price/trade-in was competitive. Large variety and selection of vehicles. Financing was simple and the person was nice although some of it was misleading. My credit was pulled twice within a few minutes (hard inquiry you see immediately on credit Karma). When I questioned this I was told this would drop off my credit report and it did not. Also, I was told I would get the interest rate my bank was offering 2.99% but I ended up with 3.25% through their financing with my bank. The sales person gave excellent customer service after we decide to purchase the car. Every request has been accommodated
