Had a great experience buying a used vehicle at Key Ford in York. I was offered a fair trade-in value for my car and the entire process was handled professionally. Marie and Dan were both great and worked hard to make sure I was very happy with the final deal. Buying a used car can be stressful but Key Ford went above and beyond to ease the uncertainty, including the authorization of a pre-buy inspection and addressing any of the minor issues discovered. I was treated respectfully and fairly and I would definitely consider buying a car here again!

I'm so happy with my choice of going here to look at a car I've been wanting for awhile now. The staff there was extremely helpful and addressed any concerns or worries I had before they knew if I was going to make a purchase. Marie went more then above and beyond for me and was very attentive and explained things to me that I didn't fully understand being a first time buyer and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision and never pushed anything on me, where a lot of other dealerships would give you short answers or tell you what you want to hear just to close. We called to make deals before taking a 2.5 hour drive with my wife to get her 2017 expedition updated to new one. They were up front and pleasant from start to finish. Also accommodating as there was a paint protection they wanted to apply and there was a time crich a closing time was closing in. The assured us not to sweat it they are fine with staying over. This is the same standards I run my business with. It was awesome to be on the receiving end for a change. Dan was great along with Marie. Happy Holidays to all of Key.

This dealership is amazing! Ronnie Fronduto is an amazing salesman, he’s super helpful and not at all pushy.
