Orders for stocked merchandise placed by 8 PM Eastern Time (5 PM Pacific) are normally shipped the same business day.

There aren't enough stars in the galaxy to give this place. Every time I order something it arrives promptly and well packaged. But today Ryan at technical support went above and beyond to help me diagnose and repair a pretty complex electrical issue that nobody has been able to solve. I can finally visit the showroom again to get what I needed. The staff were great, Ryan was able to help and give detail instructions how to use the products. The price is good compared with other online store. They have everything you would need to get your hot tub going. Very satisfied with Spadepot products.

This review is strictly based on a single web order that I placed. I've never been to this location, nor have I personally dealt with anybody at this establishment.

I placed an order for a few long-term spa chemicals and items that I'll eventually need. The prices, quantities, and concentrations were all quite good, especially compared to some local and on-line shops. I was also floored at how fast it arrived. Even with their free FedEx ground shipping, my items arrived two days later.

I'm so happy I found spot Depot these people are great they respond quickly efficiently The Price is Right they know what they're talking about there are no games and they tell it to you like it is very simple the way business should be done. This is probably the worst company that I have worked with, I purchased a control board for my spa back in December of 2020 and has still not received it. I have had multiple "chats" with support agents with the same results, sorry its a factory delay and we don't know when we will get your part or you don't understand the supply chain.
Will never shop here again!

I ordered a replacement hot tub cover from Spadepot.com. The cover was originally sent in the wrong color. I contacted customer service and they did verify the color was wrong and started making a new cover for me.
The problem came with the disposal of the incorrect cover - they told me I could give it away or find some way to dispose of it. It is a custom cover so I was unable to get rid of it. I contacted spadepot.com and said I had a quote for removal and would like a refund in the amount to cover the disposal of the incorrect cover - the response I was given was "we are not liable for disposal

I ordered a new spa pack on behalf of a neighbor and did the install myself. It took three calls to support to get the new system working, partly due to a setting that needed to be changed and mostly due to faulty wiring from the prior hot tub system. The calls were answered promptly and the technicians were knowledgeable and polite and were dedicated to getting things working. Ryan in particular went above and beyond. I had ordered from spa depot before and recalled that it was a good experience. I recommend them. My only minor criticism with the manufacturer is that I think the new system should

Can't say enough about this company. I've only purchased a few replacement parts over the years (heaters, pumps, filters), but those purchases all came from one on one interaction with the tech support team. I finally got around to fixing my dead hot tub. I knew one of the pumps was bad. Ordered a replacement from Spa Depot. Great price and quick delivery. Installed the pump and everything worked fine. Turns out there was a problem with the board too. I called customer service and Brianna walked me through everything. Double checked the motor and the circuit board. Had me take pictures of everything so to be sure to get the correct parts. This was a process that required a few phone calls and emails. Brianna was patient and informative. In the end they couldn't source the circuit board

Just completed installing a new pump to replace the failed one. Pump arrived sooner than I expected and the installation instructions on line were very helpful. Even more helpful was the telephone support I received. Send them a photo, they immediately respond with a ticket number, and then are incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I ordered a hot tub cover and understood it would take 4-5 weeks to manufacture before shipping. At 4 weeks I called and was told it had gone to 'packaging' to be shipped out and I would get an email by the end of the week. Sure enough, I got an email 4 days later stating my cover had shipped! I had been told on the phone that I would get a call from the delivery truck 7-10 days later with a drop off time. However, 3 days later, the truck arrived with my cover! No call or email. Thankfully, I was home! It came sooner than expected but wish there had been more communication about

Dustin, Dustin, Dustin... I have been a customer of theirs for several years. The last purchase I made (Feb. 2019) was for a heating element and cables for my spa (totaling around $50). I ended up receiving an entire skidpad unit ($500) along with my heating element and they charged me for it. When calling to clear up their mistake, they refused to admit they messed up and were EXTREMELY rude to me. They charged me the shipping as well as a 10% restocking fee! What a joke. I have since disputed the charge and am in the process of getting my money back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never use

Careful with this company. I believe they can be deceptive with products and prices. I've been purchasing spa shock from them for the last two years. I recently reordered the same as always and when the product arrived the containers were 25% smaller for the same price. No notice the the product changed size. An email to the company resulted in them saying their prices went up. OK, but nothing about why there was no note on the product description that the product is the same price but for 25% less shock. I wont be a customer anymore because to me they are trying to deceive customers by not

Never had any problems ordering from Spa Depot. They always seem to have the parts and chemicals I need to keep my hot tub running perfectly. The shipping is quick; if they say order by a certain time for same-day shipping, they mean it!

Ordered a Lifecast Monaco Hot Tub.
Recieved my Cover lifter and Chemicals very quick.
Also excellent assistance from Brian. I asked a lot of questions.
He was patient and informative.
Now for the Spa, Stairs and Cover.
I will keep you all posted on delivery speed and quality and condition of items upon arrival.

The Monaco Spa I received seats kept warping up and were uneven.
They replaced spa. Same thing happened and they forgot to hook up waterfall light. Sent out spa tech twice and Strong Industries the manufacturer sent wrong parts twice. Bought spa in January and Returned

I bought a used hot tub off Craigslist. When all the local spa repair companies let me down, since I knew it would cost more to dispose than I had paid for it, I found Spa Depot.

I couldn't be happier!

Their awesome live chat and email folks walked me though exactly what I needed to buy and helped enormously in the process of pulling out all the old equipment and replacing it with theirs.

In the end, a guy with no hot tub experience (me) was able to completely transform what could have ended up on the junk pile into an awesome hot tub my wife and kids are now enjoying every day.

I needed a new generic ozone generator for my spa (Marquis brand was outrageously expensive). Briana on Live Chat patiently helped me figure out what I needed. The part was delivered the NEXT DAY, free shipping on orders over $100, so I added a couple of filters. I have had only good experience so far with Spa Depot.

Just like the review from Jamie H. We've had the same experience which makes me think these people are scamming customers!

My wife ordered our cover on Feb 12th. The chemicals arrived but not the cover. My wife inquired after several weeks as to the where abouts of the cover. Only to find that the shipping company supposedly had the wrong address so our cover sat in a warehouse for 3 weeks. My wife's called and only Spa Depot can change the shipping information. So she's called 4 times and spoken to these people / customer serviceless! I've also taken time off from work to

I got a new e850l spa in February 2015. After installing it, I determined it had a major leak. Spa depot asked me to take off the side panels & find the source of the leak. Reluctantly, I did. I discovered it was leaking at a location thay was patched at the factory. Furthermore, there were other problems, the screws for attaching the panels were easily stripped, & there were dome air lines that were pinched.
Spa depot replaced the tub, but did not fully compensate me for my added costs & labor. The new tub arrived & was installed in mid-April.

Spa Depot has always delivered and unlike the other review, they made good when an item was missing from my box. The guy I called looked up the shipping weight from shipping company and said the box was too light so he knew there was a part missing.

Delivery is timely and price is fair and I always get great advice when I call for help on something.

As for the missing part I have ordered a fair amount of stuff so one mistake would not drop a star considering they shipped it to me immediately after my call.
