Ted Dean Plumbing

I had Ted come out for a leaky hose nozzle a few months ago. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I was so satisfied with the work and professionalism, I have recommended him to family and friends. He has taken care of a couple of other jobs recently and have been 100% satisfied. Highly recommend.

Ted Dean has come in to replace three toilets and a garbage disposal. Ted is professional and prices are very fair, considering the quality of the work and the fact that he stands by it.

Sorry to say, Craig passed away last year. But his son, Ted is carrying on the business. It still well deserves the-star rating.

I just had Ted Dean Plumbing replace an old toilet with a low-flush model and a bidet. Ted also replaced the valve under the toilet because the old valve had corroded and the handle had fallen off. Ted came and measured out the old toilet and came back in a couple of days to do the install. Everything was done quickly and neatly. He hauled out the old toilet as well. Very professional through and through, from the installation to the finished product.

I've done business with this family over the years and what I loved the most is their honesty. I had problems with my drainage over the years. Pipes would back up and it was not fun. They fixed this problem for me by updating my drainage pipe. They are fair, reasonable and knowledgeable. When I recently called to ask about a tankless water heater, Ted called me, left a message, and then gave a follow up call after I left another message. Went through Angies List to find a qualified Plummer. What a mistake. The other plumbing service gave a pricey solution to a drain clog problem. Neighbor recommended Ted Dean Plumbing. Assured me that the Dean's were honest and top quality. After Ted came out, I absolutely agree. Top quality, honest in pricing and took time to explain all options clearly. I had complete peace of mind upon his departure. I would definitely call them first next time. They absolutely deserve 5 stars, 10 if I could give them!

We’ve used them for 40 years! Prompt, reliable, honest. They’re upfront about what is necessary to be fixed, instead of just what is going to make the most money for them. I had my main line shear off the water meter (unfortunately for me it was on my end of the water meter so I had to be responsible for the fix) Craig and Ted came out and assess the issue quickly and provide a step by step resolution.

Added a new cooper connection as the existing connection was brass to schedule 40 piping.

Good to know we have a quality,reliable and craftsmanship plumber in our area.

These guys are lazy plumbers who only take the easy jobs and don't invest in the equipment needed to do the job right. They are honest enough, but I wasted my time when I could have called a better plumber up front. He actually looked at the problem and told us to call someone else. My parents had the same issue. If it is anything more serious than a simple clogged drain, don't waste your time.

Feb. 26 2018.. I must say that I just had a very professional and comfortable experience with Ted Dean Plumbing for work done today. It's very underrated how important it is to know good and honest plumbers, contractors, etc and the guys at Ted Dean Plumbing are the best. Over the years I've needed to call them for a few clogs and leaks and they've been great to work with. No B.S. They come in, they get the job done and they clean up. I'm really happy they're around, it's a relief knowing they're around if I'm in need of any plumbing work.

The last time I posted was 2013 and gave them 5 stars. I have used them a few times since then and I still give 5 stars! I just had to call them to repair my water meter box today and there were problems but they were able to prevail! They are professional, fair and friendly. Like I heard somewhere, " Good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good"!

Against my wife's advice, i called Ted Dean to clear a stoppage in the same line they had cleared in the past, i should have listened to her!
On one trip we had to remove a wall because they couldn't get their rooter blade thru,(other plumbers in the past had), then they installed a hot water circulating pump but did not tighten it properly and the constant leak caused destruction of the bottom of the cabinet,(the other plumber said it was only hand tightened), but even with all of the above i called them out for a stoppage and the rooter bill was $295, i learned my lesson, next time

I highly recommend Ted Dean Plumbing. They got me out of a bad situation when the main line from the meter to my house needed replacing. They attended to this emergency immediately. I heard water running somewhere in my house this a.m. and discovered a pipe spewing water, under my house, which backed up to my bedroom...yikes!
