Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. I had a pleasant experience with the receptionist and technician. Richard, who was the technician, was a class act. I don't know much about plumbing; therefore, he took the time to explain the problem and provided different options towards a solution. I was having issues with my faucet. It was leaking incessantly. I tried calling various local plumbing services. I called this place around 7 and they said they would be at my place in about an hour but they were at my place by 7:30. Richard came and fixed my clogged bathtub quickly and professionally. The price was very good also because I've had minor plumbing issues and other places would charge $100+ for something like this. He also wore a mask, great job! I'm very happy with the service.
