Our shop is located on Elmwood Avenue in Providence, just north of Park Avenue and south of Roger Williams Park. We offer in shop service and road service. These people are so rude when they know you had your own key and the service is with attitude, They will break your key with excuse they're not responsible so they can sell the key Which they had.

Critical: Professionalism
Charged more than quoted. Didn't replace the striker plates (which came with the new locks, of course) - so they don't match the new locks and doorknobs. And the guy in the store was ignorant. I wouldn't use them again.

Google said that they're open on Saturday; they're NOT! Though they should be. Other than that, they're a five star locksmith. No complaints. Helpful, intelligent, reasonably priced and competent. What more could you ask for? (Except Saturday service, that is?
