I called Jon about chaning several lockset for my house. We had a good, technical conversation about my Yale keypad lockset. I sent him a few pictures of what I had. He came back with a good estimate. We set up an appointment. He arrived on time and completed the job in a quick, clean, professional manner. Jon knows his stuff! Unfortunately locked the car and misplaced the FOB for the Lexus. I was fortunate to find Jon online and reached out. I was surprised, and thrilled to get an immediate text back from Jon and he was willing to make a quick house call on a Saturday afternoon. Jon was friendly, polite and funny. He took away the anxiety of the situation and was quick to get the car unlocked, reprogrammed and running! Happy with the price and service. I would recommend!

If you need a car key made and it has a chip (After 2000, it has a chip) look no further then Jon's Locks! I tried other locksmiths, and they either didn't get the job done, or they were never in their shop. Which was incredibly frustrating, cost over $100, and a waste of a week's worth of time!
I finally broke down and called a Nissan dealership; they wanted $65+Tax for the key and $135to program the key, so over $200 for a key.
Luckily I decided to search one more google map search and found Jon's Locks. I called them, and the message said," if we don't pick up

WOW! Will be my go to locksmith! I asked him to rekey the locks on all my doors to the house I just bought he had it done in less than an hour! Not only that I asked if he could come earlier the same day and he did! He was great to talk to and very professional. So thank you John! Thank you for serving our country as well!! Affordable, accessible, helpful, great service!! I contacted him via his email and he responded right away and offered to come right out that day for a rental property I own in RI. I have found very few service companies with this kind of response rate. The price was right, not a rip-off. He is very friendly too and cares. Would give him 6 stars if I could.
