Recently had this company perform their services at our location, at first arrival he stated he was in a hurry to fit in another client. Days after the service, the carpets looked worse than when he started. When attempting to call and politely ask for a refund I was hung up on when I informed the lady about what the man said when he arrived about in a hurry. Tried calling the number 2 times since and I get no answer. This company is an unprofessional joke.

Appt time was for 10am on Saturday for furniture cleaning, dryer vent, and air duct cleaning. Calls at 8:30am on Saturday for directions. Says only coming to do dryer and air duct because couch cleaning is another van. I said that's what I need more than anything. Actually had originally just scheduled couch but called back to add the other things on. So he said he could come and do that at 9:30. Shows up, walks in goes straight to couch and says "that is a sectional, not a $69.99 special" which I was quoted over phone. Mind you it is two small pieces of a sectional, same size as standard couch

I called for a quote for my business, stated I had a 1000 sq feet of office carpet to be cleaned. He said that would be $300. I stated I have his coupon for $69.99 for 2 rooms and a hall. And what was his response, "That would be stupid, call somebody else."
I said two sentences and was hung up on. First of all, I was not asking you to do 1000sf for seventy bucks. But you started calling names and hung up before a discussion could be had.
