Devan came out to clean the dryer vent on the roof today and did a great job! He was nice, and professional and did a great job of explaining everything. He even cleaned the area around where he was working and picked up any lint that fell into the yard. I love how upfront the company was with cost, the pricing was very fair, and actually slightly less than I expected. I appreciate how quickly they were able to come out and complete the job. He let me know about other services they offer and I will be calling back to have the other vents in our home cleaned after the holidays.

Devin was our savior!! We just moved in about two weeks ago, have a brand new dryer, but kept getting the Flo Sense Indicator. Come to find out we had a dryer vent blockage. I called VB Carpet Cleaners on a Friday, the first available was Sunday. Devon called me on Saturday asking to come today. He was very professional, honest and told me the price from the start, but said if I think it’s going to be more work or more expensive than this I will stop and update you. Clearly this was never done in this house, but we are so glad Devon was able to get it all cleared out for us!! Our dryer is working

What a terrible experience. My appointment was at 2:00 but they said they’d be there at 4 so I said ok, I’ll leave the key under the mat and they could let themselves in. So my family and I went out for a few hours so they could work. At 5:00 they called to say they were on the way. At 7:00 we figured they were done so we headed home. We pulled up and they had just gotten there! We were mad so they rushed through the job and did our whole house in 30 minutes. We paid extra for the deodorizer but it didn’t do much of anything. They “gave us a discount” for the lateness

I moved into a place whose previous owners left the carpets NASTY. This company was SUPER responsive and professional. I had to get one room treated again because it was THAT filthy. When they were done, all of the carpets were so much lighter, the stains, smells and dust were removed. Looked like new again! Thank You so much for your hard work and effort!! Zach arrived on time and was very personable. Our interactions via phone with scheduling/prices and in person were pleasant. I am SO pleased with my carpets!!! I have been getting my carpets cleaned for years (having kids / pets really does damage) and decided to try a new company. The staff was super friendly and easy to talk to, they understood exactly what I needed. They are very detail oriented, as every single blemish was removed. They work very FAST and scheduled me in right away. My house looks phenomenal! I am so excited for them to come back!!

We called because we were over the loveliness that happens to carpets when you adopt a new puppy. We waited until she was out of her phase, so the carpet was in serious need of help. Jason was able to come out the next day, and even called to see if we wanted an earlier visit on the Saturday which he was scheduled. We definitely wanted the earlier appointment as it was three hours earlier than scheduled, and he was right on time. Once in the house, Jason made great recommendations. We went with his ideas and couldn't be more pleased. The carpets look new and the smell of pup is gone. The price

I have a condo I rent out and I wanted to replace the carpets because there was some stains and dirty areas in high traffic areas. My wife wanted to clean them so I started searching for a carpet cleaning company to prove her wrong...well I was wrong.
Zach showed up 15 minutes early for our scheduled appointment. He did an assessment and came up with a very fare price for a 2 bedroom 950sq condo. He went to work and halfway through the first bedroom he took time to show me the difference. I was surprised how well they came clean. Very professional and able to make the appointment quickly. They went above and beyond my expectations at a very fair price. Wonderful stain removal and even left me with some solution to use if our little princess/monster/dog has another accident. Will use them again and absolutely recommend them to anyone.
