We were referred to Dan and Jamie Grogan by friends who had recently remodeled their kitchen and who gave them high marks. We were impressed with the work, so we contacted Grogan Construction to quote our master bath remodel project. The process was very thorough and involved engaging all of the subcontractors who would be part of the project. Once the contract was signed, materials were ordered and schedules drafted. Within a short period of time the work began. Jamie provided information each week as to what work would be done when and what to expect from each crew. He followed up daily in person

Recently we hired Grogan Construction to remodel our Kitchen and Master Bath. They were very professional and helpful in material selection. The focus was to reduce the construction timeline because my wife and I were working from home. They exceeded our expectations with quality, came within budget and timeline. I have to comment on the quality of the work and all of the subs they used. All were very professional and accommodating to a lot of little add on request. As with any project, there were some delays, but they moved subs and material around to stay on the timeline. Communication happened

We interviewed several contractors for our kitchen remodel and are so very happy that we went with Dan and Jamie Grogan. They returned calls and showed up when they said they would and followed up and managed their subcontractors daily. The end project turned out exactly how I envisioned. And six months later Jamie reached out to me to see if anything needed to be touched up. In this day and age, it’s nice to have a company keep their word and stand by their work. Highly recommend.
