Great service. They are very professional, and friendly. The move and instal was relatively quick and painless. They really know their stuff, super efficient. They took care of everything. They re-felted and leveled the table. I'm very happy with the level of service they provide. I would deffinily recommend them. Price was reasonable for what we needed.

New Mexico Billiards and Hot Tubs is fantastic! Joe helped me find a solution for my pool table lighting and some other accessories. Not only did he find the right light fixture for my ceiling fan but he went above and beyond by obtaining and sending me the instructions ahead of time so I could prep. He also contacted the manufacturer to research the fan types it would fit. He was very responsive and professional, always returning my calls and answering my questions. Joel “Joe” is the owner, and he’s AWESOME! I used him recently to disassemble/ transport/ reassemble a pool table that I recently purchased. Very meticulous with all phases... did a great job. He’s only been doing this for 30+ years, so he’s obviously an expert! I highly recommend for ANY billiards service!

Do not go anywhere else! Joe and his staff are amazing and knowledgeable. I searched for years for the perfect table and they found one quickly and installed it within days. Their installation was precise and fast, but they also took the time to position the table to our wants while attaining perfect play within the room. Joe’s prices are more than fair, even his products within the store are competitive to internet pricing—which is rare for a storefront.
