I am Steve Nelson and this is my wife Carol and daughter Lindsay. We own Hot Tubs Albuquerque, which opened its doors in 2001, but we have been in the spa care business since 1997. We love New Mexico, and enjoy camping, fishing, and the other great outdoor opportunities here. One of our favorite activities is relaxing in a nice hot tub under our beautiful night sky.

I need service on my Hot Tub and Scott was great at helping me try to self-diagnose the issue. We thought it was the heating unit, so a service person was sent out. It turned out to be the control box. Since I live 100 mile outside of Albuquerque, I didn't want another service call, so the serviceman showed me exactly how to change out the control box once I received it. Great service.

Outstanding customer service, knowledge and expertise! During these trying times, Hot Tubs worked with us to store the hot tub, we had purchased, until we were able to receive it, at which point they delivered, setup and gave us a great tutorial on how to operate and maintain the hot tub.
Next step, need them to come out an perform some preventive maintenance!

WOW! We have been wanting a hot tub for years. This year I turn 40, so it was officially time! :) We shopped around to the "major" dealers in town and luckily found Hot Tubs Albuquerque. Their pricing was competitive and with everything rolled in (including CRANE delivery) it felt like a more transparent process. Tracey was incredibly patient as we selected and ordered our model. Delivery was prompt and easy. Communication was exceptional throughout the process and they have even made time to help educate us on how to keep our tub running for many, many years. Definitely recommend!

Got a good deal on a returned hot tub. Great help from the sales staff. It was a tight fit getting it into our patio, but their delivery crew was skilled and neither the gate nor the tub was scratched. They then set it up and explained the process of filling, etc. After it was full we were shown how to keep the tub clean, use the chemicals, and work the controls. Excellent service!!

Everyone at Hot Tubs Albuquerque is INCREDIBLE! From start to finish they have all gone above and beyond. Tracy answered all of our questions and many calls during the entire process. Scott was so helpful and friendly setting up appointments and following up after all was installed. Steve and Luis delivered our tub faster than expected and helped with every question or concern. Luis was incredibly patient and helpful going over the fill and chemical process. Thank you so much! You all are amazing!

From our 1st encounter with ABQ Hot Tubs we have had nothing short of awesome service. Our most recent was to get a folding lifter for the cover. He likes to work behind the scenes, but Scott was able to get us the exact folding cover lifter. Gary did a great job getting it installed. He even took time to return next day to resolve a minor customer issue.

Hot Tubs Albuquerque deserve the 5 stars. COVID backed up the delivery but they kept in touch and we received the tub today. The quality and colors were exactly what we wanted. We purchased our hot tub from Hot Tubs Albuquerque. Lindsey our sales rep was very friendly and knowledgable and didn't pressure us into a sale but gave us many options that fit our needs. The delivery guys were fantastic they were professional and carefully installed the tub in our yard. Gary came out to show me how to use the tub and chemicals and he was awesome. He was so knowledgable and easily explained everything we needed to do with the chemicals and maintaining the tub. He also assured me that if I had any questions to call him anytime. Service in store: the people working in the store were absolutely awesome. I had 5 kids at the time running around trying all the hot tubs out. Letting me know all their opinions on each tub, the guys working were so kind! After I decided what we wanted they took my order and didn't mind the crazy kids. They even got duckies on our way out.

We've visited all of the hot tub stores in town (and have done waaay too much research online) and this is the best place to buy a hot tub, hands down. It is a friendly, family-run business and the owner and his daughter were helpful and knowledgeable without using any high-pressure sales tactics. Their hot tub selection is high quality.
