These guys were great. Johnny on the spot! I have super old carpet and I was very impressed with how clean they got it along with a bleach stain they repaired. Technician was very hard on himself. I think it looks great and I was very satisfied. Professional, great people. Definitely reach out to them again.

This company (JC Carpet Cleaning in Tigard, OR) provided a quote for $1490.00 to clean the carpets in my unit (see Google photos) - https://photos.app.goo.gl/XL61mMRbxL1Xzsqf7 to Omni Management, Inc for a 3 bedroom apartment, and ultimately suggested replacing rather than cleaning the carpets. Although the photos can't show 'smells' that were noted, the quote seems to be over-the-top excessive (even if the carpets were completely destroyed, which they were not - please see the photographs). This company also significantly prides themselves on removing pet stains and reviving

I've a property management company and I solely use JC Carpets for our homes. I would recommend them to anyone. I've had absolutely trashed carpet that they were able to revive to live for another day. They are always great to work with on the phone as well. We've used them for about five years now and only one time had to have someone come back and that was done immediately and cheerfully. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

So after my property manager, on our moveout walkthrough, tells me that the carpets look great, imagine my surprise to receive a carpet cleaning bill from JC Carpet Cleaning for $800!
Oh, the base charge, $250, is very reasonable, and very much in line with what I was quoted by other carpet cleaning people. My wife and I have had the JC clean our carpets on two different occasions, and each time the quality of work and the quality of people was outstanding! Steven was our technician on both occasions, second time was by request. He was polite, knowledgeable and made great suggestions about what options we had available to eliminate some pet odors. Today will not be the last time that JC does work for us and anybody considering them for work should stop looking elsewhere and give JC a call. In addition to their excellent work, they had the best price around!

I made an appointment and they were to arrive between 9-10 am, nice, helpful person answered the phone and made appointment. No arrival at 10, so I called. The person helping on the phone seemed to have trouble finding my appointment and asked if I was in an apartment and my name twice. I was moving out of an apartment I had been in for a year and a half and when I gave notice, my landlord sent the usual "cleaning checklist" with a list of vendors they prefer. For carpet cleaning, they recommended JC Carpet cleaning and had a deal for $170 to do a three-bedroom house.
I arranged an appointment and met the cleaner who showed up on time (calling first, like I asked). He confirmed the same $170 price the property management company's letter mentioned.
