When my skylight started leaking after the first heavy rainfall of the season I called New Heights Roofing. Chris was very professional and was able to look at the skylight in less than a week. He took pictures of the skylight failures and explained the required repairs in detail. We scheduled the repairs which were done in a timely fashion. He emailed me pictures of the repairs step by step. The price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend using them and I will be using them again for any roofing needs.

Every step was professional, well communicated, and they had an excellent/skilled crew on site working on the tear off and install of my roof. I called New Height Roofing and they responding the very same day and was able to schedule a next day visit. Chris’ communication was amazing! He showed pictures and explained the work need to repair a leak in our roof. He was extremely helpful in understanding the materials needed as well as how to prevent future problems. This Fall, we experienced a hole in our roof during a wind and rain storm. We had damage in our living room. We called no fewer than six roofing companies locally. Every one said they could not address our leak until April or May. Then we discovered New Heights Roofing. They were busy, but said they could place a tarp over the roof area. Remarkably, an opening occurred and they were able to come and fix the leak the next day! Chris showed up, assessed the problem, and explained every detail needed to repair it. He had a team show up and went right to work. Everyone was courteous and professional

Just had our roof replaced. Very Professional service from start to finish. Estimator answered all of our questions and went into great detail so there would be no surprises. Tear off and Install crews were hard working and got the roof stripped and replaced in a very skilled manner. The project manager kept us informed every step of the way. Emails and phone calls were the perfect way to keep in touch along with daily site visits. I would highly recommend New Heights Roofing to anyone looking for any type of roofing services. Upon inspection of our new home purchase we knew we needed a new roof. Cue Chris with New Heights for a roof inspection and estimate, and after mold, improper skylight install, improper sheeting and roofing on the addition- we needed an overhaul. New Heights roofing did an incredible job. Their work ethic is impeccable. The respect the roofers had while they were doing our tear off and install was refreshing and valued. I am confident our new roof will last us years and years to come. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I contacted New Heights because after the wind storm in March 2021 I had shingles missing. Chris came out the next day, was on the roof and gave me the estimate the same afternoon. Chris is amazing, very professional and cares more about your roof than you do.
The tear off of the old roof was done in one day, the trash was completely collected and hauled away. The crew made a special effort to clean up the entire work area before anyone left for the day.

We love our new roof installed by New Heights Roofing. Awesome group of employees. Everyone arrived at the crack of dawn, working until dark. All were very courteous and polite. Very understanding when I had to move cars around. When they left at the end of the day...not a scrap left laying around. Our roof was a real challenge, but they went up and beyond the call of duty to make the job successful.

Fast, professional, reasonable pricing. Outstanding work from the whole crew! Our work began as a bid on a leak repair. Out of 4 contractors that viewed the issue, only New Heights made the right call on the… cause, and gave a reasonable bid to fix. We eventually decided to re-roof completely instead of a patch repair. The guys (Will and Jim) were terrific about coming out to discuss options with us and giving us some houses to look at for colors and shingle types. Communication was excellent on the scheduling process and throughout the re-roof. Erik and Shane have the hearts of lions! These

I’m so impressed with this company. I had damage to my roof that was covered by my insurance and they were so helpful getting me all the information I needed. They took time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable in having them around my house. It snowed right before they were scheduled to come and they were there shoveling snow and getting it done anyway! We’re now leak free! Thank you so much.

Presentation of types, colors, price & what to expect was very thorough. Had before & after pictures. Even made sure my roof was up to current code.(Had to add another vent) No other company even bothered with making sure it was up to current code. Project was done in a day & a half, which surprised me since I have a two story house. They were very conscientious about covering my plants & cleaning up. My new roof looks great & I would recommend New Heights Roofing to anyone who wants a quality roof done in a timely fashion for a great price.
