My roof, like many others in the PNW, was damaged by a wind storm and needed to be replaced. James was easy to communicate with, responsive and assisted with the insurance claim. His crew ripped off the damaged roof and had the new roof installed within 2 days. I'm very happy with the quality of the work his company performed and would use his company again.

I called James @ Hometown roofing, after I had already had 3 other contractors out to look at my roof that was leaking. The 3 other contractors had quoted me 1.5 - 2 times more to do the same job. Also the other contractors were not will to go through the insurance claim process (probably because they charge way too much to be approved).
Our roof was damaged in 2 wind storms and left the roof leaking in several areas. James helped me through the claim process and scheduled the work. He had the roof tore off and replaced in 1 day, and it looks amazing. Very good quality work, you can tell that

so when Mark knocked on my door he was to say the least not the first roof guy to notice the damage, his professionalism and knowledge of the options i had to chose from convinced me that Hometown was worth looking into.
after checking around we decided to let them have a go at it.
they made the entire experience so easy, even the communication with with my insurance company was taken care of by Hometown.
the crew were hard working and very polite.
the job was of a high quality and done quickly.

Hometown Roofing is very professional. The work was done very quickly and they worked long and hard to complete the roof in a very short time. The people working on the roof were very polite and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean when they left. They even worked until dark and were out with flashlights making sure they collected every nail. I strongly recommend!

They are amazing! Very responsive and quick! They make going through insurance an easy process and when they show upon the job they just get it done. They clean everything up too so you don't even know they were there. Highly recommend them!

From the time of their appraisal to the final nail, there was never a moment I didn't have complete confidence and peace of mind. They kept me informed of their every step and kept or exceeded their word on every step. The 5 man crew on my project was the hardest working group of men I have ever seen. Their preparation and clean up was fantastic. You couldn't even tell they had been there. A 5 star company for sure.
