Family Maids was great. I needed someone to clean one of my homes on short notice (same day) and on a Saturday afternoon. I called around to several places and no luck. Then I came across family maids and they were able to fit me in!
Ana and her team were right on time which I didn't expect them to be considering I had reached out to them last minute. Her and her team were complete professionals and left the home spotless. You can really tell they take great pride in their work.

When my cleaning person of over 6 years told me she was moving to another city, I was worried how I would be able to have a new person in my house. Maybe that's because I like to have familiar people at home. I found Family Maids in internet and I decided to try them. I am so impressed with the professionalism of the company. Always prompt and efficient service. I am very pleased with the service and will probably choose them to clean my house from now on.

Very Disappointed with their service. First they said they would be at our house by 12 o'clock. Then they said between 12 and 1 (as if we really want to sit around and wait for an hour because they can't make an appointment time) 1 o'clock came around and they still hadn't come.
We then called and they said they'd be another 45 minutes, so I cancelled.
If you can not even have the curtesy to call, or to be on time, you probably will not to a good job anyway!
