Was happy with Brandon for months with excellent cleaning. The company switched cleaners on me without notice. Cleaning was poor x2, and things were broken. When I complained they said they would refund and asked to be given another chance to fix the problem. When I agreed I never heard from them again.

I wanted to have a 5 star experience here. I wanted a deep clean, like baseboards, walls and windows level deep and I added all the extra service charges appropriately. However on cleaning day I was told 7 people would come due to the scope of the house and stay approximately 3 hours, only 2 came according to our security foots and they were there about an hour. As a follow up or regular cleaning service it would have been fine, but I needed that deep clean to get to a place where recurrent lighter cleaning would be all that was needed. I hired Maid Easy to clean my elderly parents place after some research to try and find them a new housekeeper. Michelle has been to their place twice and has done an amazing job. This review is based on the last two cleaning services we have had with this company. We had used Maid Easy off and on over the years for cleaning services and had mostly good service provided at those times, but since moving homes decided to move to a monthly cleaning schedule after the last cleaning. While that last service in itself was barely acceptable with counter tops not dusted, missed spots on the floor etc., I held off from writing a review based on previous experiences, and instead called the company to point out that there were misses that I wanted them to address before the next cleaning

Maid Easy IS THE BEST. I reached out to this Company and I was shocked on how professional and nice the office was. Bridgett walked me through everything, I did nothing but answer a few questions. Shawna in the office also helped, finish things up. These ladies were so nice and friendly.
Now let's talk about the Team they sent out. Dawnesha and Kiaira did a GREAT job. The home looks brand-new. They sent me a text checking in on their progress and this home was no easy task. Very large and needed much work. This house

This was my first time hiring maid service for my home. I am super busy with two small kids who have helped me successfully disorganize my house. The staff was very professional and cleaned my home efficiently. I was a little embarrassed at first to have someone come in and clean but they were friendly and made me feel comfortable. They rock! They saved me in the nick of time for my GoT watch party. At first I thought I could do all the clean up and prep myself, but I got so overwhelmed getting things together and was kind of panicking when thank goodness my friend recommended this service in Scottsdale. They came the next day and took care of not just the party but so many things on my to-do list for months.
