Scott Lusk the new owner took $6100 to start / install a septic system. Did not even get SRA approval to begin much less install a system. SRA demanded he remove it. We requested return of money. Scott Lusk sent us $1975.00 and telling us he would pay balance when he got new jobs. I am pretty sure that is THEFT. The Wood County sheriff has been contacted and a lawsuit filed. I would strongly suggest using ANYONE other than Land L. He has now had out money three months and as of 12.1.21 has not paid as promised.

Was lied to completely!! Scheduled the work, waited all day for them , then called again, once again, lied to promising a call and possibly rescheduling, but again no call nothing!! Guess they are too busy, or just do not care about any customers!! DO NOT use them !!

Had a toilet and shower drain clog on us, and just before Christmas holidays! They came over same afternoon, unclogged the drain straight away and were friendly and professional. I will keep L&L Plumbing on our list and recommend them to our family and friends.

called two weeks ago and called again last week still no response for price and delivery. Called an outfit in Mineola in the a.m. the day before yesterday and they were done with the job by 2;pm that day. L&L must be wealthy , cause they sure do not appear to want customers.

Do not get a septic contract with this company. I purchased one on 7/27/2016 and I had to call them in December to come out. They showed up 12/29/2016 and did not leave any paperwork. I had to call to get them to bring it to the house.. I was told it could have blown off the porch. Fair enough, Fast forward to June 2017, still nothing and no chlorine tablets in the septic system, I called and I was told that we had service in March 2017, no paperwork left on site.. I guess it blew away as well. I was informed that I still had one inspection left and it would be performed before the contract ended

I called several times before I finally was able to talk to Lloyd. When I finally talked to him he was extremely rude. We are setting up a new mobile home and were planning to dig the trench and lay the pipe (not necessarily connect it), just have it available and then have a professional plumber, L&L plumbing, hook everything up. He said why don't you just do it all yourself and that he was not interested.
I'm not from the area and I thought small town people would be more friendly. I was very surprised of how UN-friendly Mr. Lloyd was.
