These people are awesome. They are family owned and operated and honest. If we ever need another new septic in a new location, they WILL be our first call. Can't find these kind of companies much anymore. They are very respectful and listen to what you need, not what they want to sell you. !!

Quality Septic installed our system in 2017. Since then, we have been told by two companies that we were charged double what it should have cost. We had a maintenance contract with them for four years. Very little information was provided and it seems the bare minimum was done. If you understand septic, it's requirements, and maintenance, then you'll fair okay. If you've never had one before, educate yourself as you will get very little response from this company.

I was having issues with my septic system (alarm sounded indicating an issue, however I did not know the source of the problem). I called Quality Septic in a panic on a Sunday morning and the owner answered the call (on a holiday weekend at that)! Although the company is more than an hour away from my location, he committed to having a technician on my property before lunch that very day. Quality Septic delivered as promised and not only did the technician arrive (well before lunch), he was able to resolve my issue. Quality Septic is a fantastic septic company. John and Jason were out today for the third time to get to the bottom of a leak issue. Not all fixes are obvious and this was one of those. But they kept at it until the problem was fixed and I really appreciate that. You could tell they were just a determined to figure out the issue as I was to have it fixed! :) Hard, honest workers are hard to come by but Quality Septic has an awesome team of them!
