Our New Twilight Spa was delivered yesterday! Tay, Read and Darien did a great job navigating our curvy driveway, unloading this brute of a spa, moving it to our back yard patio and setting it up perfectly for the electricians to come back and run the dedicated wires to the spa and get things heated up and bubbly. Everything was demonstrated and we are eager to jump in. I only have two thumbs for a big 2 thumbs up for their service. Heck, even my big toes are up! We couldn't be happier.

I had a fantastic experience with the delivery team today. Tae, Jajuan and Kenny were fabulous. They called with a 30 minutes out heads up, were very professional and courteous even though my spa placement was difficult. They didn’t mind when I pulled out my tape measure and I asked them to move the spa over two inches back. They were thorough in explaining the initial setup and further maintenance of the spa. I highly recommend this delivery team.!!!

Very satisfied with the delivery of my spa! Tristan, Jay, Kenny & Darien were very very professional from the handling to the setting up of my spa, making sure i was satisfied with precision and placement. Jay made sure I fully understood the functions. Tristan was detailed with instructions on the use of chemicals, patiently allowed me to take notes and provided me with additional resource contacts if needed. I couldn't ask for a better team! Outstanding! Thank you guys!

We purchased a swim spa at the super sale this last week. We had a great experience with the sales team, management and staff.
They were Able to deliver in less than a week, and the delivery team was incredibly professional and delicate with our property. They also fully detailed the spa, reviewed set up and walked through everything with us.
The service department was also amazing and serviced on site for us.
Really loved everyone’s knowledge and help. It was a great experience we would recommend.

AJ, Dionte, Bryon, and bing did an amazing job delivering my swim spa. You could tell they have done this before, very professional and extremely courteous. It was actually interesting watching them unload it. Well worth the wait!
Update: I sure wish I could get my phone calls returned. I have been waiting on 2 cover lifts since the spa was delivered and thought about changing to the rolling cover, but of course I can’t get my messages returned. Now the lights have stopped working, but still can’t get my call returned. Seem to be focused on spa shows and selling new spas instead of dealing

Super happy with delivery of my new Masters Spa. The delivery crew was spectacular! Today is 07/15/2021 and I ordered the spa on 09/05/2020. The turn time was slower than the 6-8 month delivery that was explained at purchase. Communication about the delayed status was not good but the week of delivery, I learned there were recent staff changes that should help with communication for future customers. My own research helped me understand that COVID has caused understandable manufacturing delays in this industry too.
