We just purchased our second hot tub from Keith at Backyard Oasis. It was a great experience; Keith is very responsive! He worked to find what we were looking for over several months and found exactly what we wanted; couldn't be more pleased.
The deliver guys are very good; arrived on time and provide training and directions for set up.

I recently purchased a spa from Backyard Oasis and can honestly say that I was blown away by how friendly, helpful, and professional they were in every aspect of service from explaining differences between spas without any agenda to sway me one way or another. Everyone will tell you why their spa is the best. Well, Backyard Oasis sells them all so they don't bad mouth one brand while pumping up their own. They found me the perfect spa for my needs at a fraction of the price of a new spa. They then serviced it before delivery and I can say that it has been running perfectly ever since it was turned

Talk with Keith and picked out hot tub and explain the process very knowledgeable on the features of the hot tub we pick and very affordable compared to new and had a variety of makers and brands. It took less than a month to receive the Hot Tub it is Awesome thank you for good business and the ease of all the work works great.

This is the second time I have purchased a reconditioned hot tub form Backyard Oasis. The first one was a Hot Springs. I got a very fair deal and the process was simple with delivery included. That was 7 years ago. About 3 months ago I went to the showroom on I-35 and looked over all the hot tubs Keith had on display and I settled on an Artesian tub. Again the same courteous team delivered the hot tub and I had my electrician come out that day and boom, back in hot tub business. I recommended that an old friend who had an older tub to go talk with them and he did. Instead of him buying a new tub

We met with Keith, the owner. He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain different options that would be best for our family. Customer service from Keith AAA++++ outstanding! I can't recommend him and this business enough.
They offer new and refurbished hot tubs with their bread and butter being the refurbished. I was shocked that we were able to purchase a very high quality Jacuzzi brand spa for less than $4,000, which included a cover and delivery.

I had a great experience with dealing with Keith the Owner and his son Taylor the service tech. Even though my warranty expired a week earlier they did all necessary work to get me up and running. Great guys and they STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. Hot tub was installed incorrectly by a third party originally.I would highly recommend this company. My hot springs is like brand new for less than half the price.5*****s to Backyard Oasis. thanks Phil
