I would leave this company 5 stars for the work they do getting the carpets cleaned if it weren't for their terrible business management when it comes to scheduling. I have been using them the past four years and when they changed ownership a few years ago the woman who is in charge of scheduling deliberately does not answer calls nor return calls when I leave a voicemail to schedule an appointment. Last year I had to call three times and after leaving the THIRD voicemail, I finally received a call back. This year, I have already called and left TWO voicemail messages with no response. Really

I live in a house where the carpets should have been replaced 30 years ago. I phoned Jeannie Clean in a last attempt to try and do something with them vs. replacing them. When I came home I was in complete disbelief how good they looked. They looked so new. I appreciated the text letting me know they were on their way. They wore masks which I really appreciated. They are very professional and efficient. When the need arises again for carpet cleaning I will call them. Love the carpets,thank you!!!

I called Cathy at Jeannie Clean because I needed my carpet cleaned ASAP because furniture was being delivered. She was very pleasant and helpful..She was able to send Jose that day and he did an amazing job. Their equipment and top of the line and barely damp when he left. I will definitely use them again.

I am a property manager with a large community and have been using Jeannie Clean for over a year now. They do a fantastic job in all of our vacant units and occupied alike. The technicians are always on time and very friendly. Nicole and Mat are an absolute pleasure to work with and their prices are extremely reasonable for the amazing quality of work done! I love this company! Not only do they do a great job cleaning tile floors and carpeting, but when I had a major flood from a storm last year a week before Christmas they came out and set up fans to dry out the walls and carpets and had my house all cleaned up and beautiful in time for the huge Christmas dinner I had at my home. I love Robert, he's the best and I can't say enough good things about this company.

This is the second time I have used this company and they are great! I actually used another co. In between with sad results learned my lesson thought I could say a dollar ....wrong...the second time better than the first. Well two people this time( last time only one ) so it was faster.... This time. The before and after was amazing not kidding.....I have dogs and grand kids and very light carpet. Very fast at scheduling and very professional. Thanks for the great job
