Unreliable. Worker came for 2 hours instead of 4. Contacted company for additional 2 hour service that was supposed to be done first visit. Scheduled the appointment. No show and no call after taking work off to be home. Continuous emails to try to reschedule with a response of “I’ll get back to you” from Raimonds. I have given up with this service. I don’t have the time to chase down a company to schedule a service. I prepaid through Groupon. Back to the search for a reliable cleaning service. I hope my experience is the exception.

Very unprofessional, I finally got an appointment after a week of waiting - I took a day off from work, the maid came but according to her she had troubled parking, I specifically told her where to park and which elevator to take to the building. Still she has trouble understanding, I found her finally and then she refused to clean as she said that now she has another appointment as well and she is stressing. I am so angry and pissed off. This is not the way to act and she was not professional at all. I took a day off, I planned everything according to the cleaning schedule and she refused and

Raimonds and his wife are fantastic! We have been using them for the last 6 months and they are amazing! They work very hard to do a good job in a very efficient manner! They are also very nice people. Anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking and CLEAN Maid service need to call them! Great job!!!

This is a wonderful company. They are dependable, provide excellent cleaning services, and willing to work with you on scheduling. It is always a pleasure to come home after work when "A Super Maid" has been at the house because it is clean, smells fresh and looks ready for guests. I feel confident knowing who is at my home when I am not there and when I am home, they kind and considerate of my needs.

A Super Maid is the best cleaning service I have ever used! I have tried a lot of different services and been disappointed and end up cancelling because my standards are so high. But A Super Maid always meets my high standards! Scheduling is easy, and Olga is always prompt and kind, and I feel so happy and calm to come home to a super clean house after she has cleaned it! Very grateful to have found A Super Maid.

Awesome service! The appointment was easy to set up over email (which I appreciate more than having to play phone tag), and the two maids that came over did an amazing job. I requested that they concentrate on the kitchen and bathroom, and those rooms absolutely sparkled in the end. I was really impressed at how thorough they were. I called to get my house cleaned. The appointment was very easy to setup and the person I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The cleaner came over a few minutes before the scheduled time and she did an amazing job. My entire place looked great after she left. I would definitely use A Super Maid again and recommend them to anyone else.
