Be aware of the estimate you agreed to.
I needed to move my appointment due to unforeseen issues. They were understanding. On time wonderful job. Cleaned carpets and sofa. However, if you use them get a accurate quote. Read the estimate thoroughly and completely. Possibly even ask them to go over it with you. Wonderful job, however, a $250 surprise at the end.

From my first phone call, to the estimate from Jim and the actual work by Andy, everything was efficient and very professional. I had pet urine odors that another company attempted to eliminate, with no success. I found Chem Dry online, with their own system for getting the odors out of the carpet. What a relief! The carpet looks fantastic and, even better, the odor is gone.

Had pet accident on upholstered furniture & area rug. Andy came out promptly & spot-cleaned and worked on the debris on my sofa. The sofa fabric was all natural fibers so it was touch & go but he was able to remove the stains. Boy was I relieved. The area rug will be cleaned in the shop. Thank you Andy / Blue Ribbon.

Everyone I dealt with at this company, either on the phone or in person was professional, personable and responsive to what I needed. Had a problem with some wet carpeting from a bathroom leak. Jim came out immediately and helped get things dry. He came back and fixed and reinstalled the carpet and cleaned the carpet in several rooms as well. He gave me a fair price. Don't hesitate to use this service.
