I call on Castle Cleaners pretty often for work and they provide consistently good quality. In terms of customer service, they are top notch and they will go above and beyond to try and accommodate my requests. It's always delightful to work with Katie, and Kevin has been great too. Both of them respond really, really quickly, which I appreciate. The one time we had a miscommunication, they resolved the issue immediately. Usually, everything is super smooth! I was nervous about starting a regular cleaning service during the covid pandemic, however after reading up I decided to book a deep clean. The cleaner arrived professionally wearing gloves and a mask the entire time and being very mindful of the space and social distancing while working about the house.
The cleaning provided was incredibly thorough and efficient. The rate offered was also very competitive after pricing out several other options. I have already started scheduling regular cleaning services through Castle Cleaners and have given out several recommendations to my friends.
