We just had our outside unit repaired this morning. Our technician, Romeo, was very polite and knowledgeable. He has our unit up and running in under a hour!! Their customer service was wonderful as well. We will definitely call them first if we need anything else. I highly recommend this company. 👍

I really, really recommend this company! Air Conditioner went out on this miserably hot day, called Coley and it was fixed within an hour! I know it isn’t always possible to even get someone out the same day let alone fixed.. we had them replace our heating and air conditioning unit with a more efficient unit a few years ago and this was our first problem, which was a very simple fix!! It's sad when I can't get someone to come look at ac. Despite the bad review left on here I decided to give them a chance. I called this morning and was told someone would be on their way. It's now 1pm and still nobody. I was told I would get a call back when I asked if it was okay to pay the following day when the lead of the household was back they just had to make a call. That was 2 hrs ago. Not the happiest customer in the world. I will give a better review if the service changes. Very disappointed.
