The consultant gave us an initial presentation about Zenernet, showing us as well as explaining the amazing technology that enables the company to assess remotely our home’s ability to receive sunlight each month, and to make preliminary plans for positioning the solar panels in order to create the ideal solar system for our needs. Using our current monthly electricity bills, he was able to chart our energy savings over the course of a year. He took us through the steps for finalizing the project, including the time frame leading to installation. He also gave us Zenernet’s impressive warranty

We haven't purchased the systems but the sale presentation was hassle free. Their price was a little more than their competitor so we are reviewing everything together. It probably would have been an easy decision to use them if their price was much less than SunPower.

While remodeling our home, my wife and I decided to explore adding solar power to the house. Searching the Internet I was introduced to Zenernet which is reviewed as a top rated solar company. - When there was an issue with getting the right product up front (all black panels) they contacted me and we navigated compromising to a better panel with the aesthetic we did not prefer (white lines). I felt this was good to keep the install on track.
- Consultation - They were great at explaining everything up front and the benefits.
- If the system can be stable long term, we should end up saving a good amount in energy costs

Zenernet seems like a good company, but in my case, the front end service was much better than the service during the installation. They were great to work with up front and very quickly helped size and design a system that would suit my needs. Zenernet arranged to get the permits and contracted with a local installer to get the panels put on house. At that point the project slowed down and communication was not so good. My main complaint is that my contact didn’t seem to be in close communication with the installer or up to speed on the project status, so I was often in the dark as to the next

My experience was AMAZING ! It began with Philip. He and I calculated what I would need and worked with me to install what I could afford. I needed an electrical panel and he was more than willing to let me shop for a contractor I was comfortable with to do the install. Zenernet installers worked with my contractor to insure the equipment installed was adequate installed correctly and compatible with my solar system. Once the install was done, my engineer Bill was THE BEST. He is diligent professional and his follow up was always on-point! I’m solar ready and very excited to STOP getting APS

Customers beware, I asked this Solar company for a cash and finance quote for installing a ground mount Solar System. I was getting a total of 4 companies to provide me with estimates. Zenernet, was the only company that was $18,000.00 more then any other company on doing a financing option. I asked Brian the Representative I was working with, why are they $18,000 more then any other company, he stated it was the fees charged by Sunlight Financial.
