We had a good experience working with Barrett Solar. I liked that I was able to initially deal with Tyler the owner and was able to work with him the whole time. I even had his cell number to contact him directly when I had questions. They were good at communicating through the whe process. We needed to get it done before the year of the year and they were able to work fast and get it installed in 3 weeks.

I have been interested in solar for some time. I answered an ad on Google. I received a quick call and a visit from a Barrett salesman, Stephen. He was perfectly honest on what could be done and how. I was sold. However, I wanted the panels on my roof where they can’t be seen and I needed a new roof before solar installation. In Mid-mo it is difficult to get anything in construction. Tyler and his crew were patient while waiting 4 months for the roof. The roof was finished on a Thursday nite and Barrett Solar was there and gone within a few hours on Friday. I haven’t worked with a nicer bunch

We've been really impressed and pleased with Barrett Solar! We looked around, had 4 different companies give us bids for solar for our house and Barrett Solar came out on top in all categories. They are knowledgeable, honest and generally want to help you get the results you want. And Ted the electrician is a gem! Great guy! I highly recommend!

I would give a zero star if I could. I went through Titan Solar who contracted to Barrett Solar. I had called and left messages since the beginning with Tyler Barrett, the owner of the company. He had never communicated with me. They never came to inspect our house like they were supposed to. They never communicated that they changed our plans on where the solar was going. Then they scheduled to come out before even talking to us. Today the city inspector came out and of course nobody from Barrett solar showed up. The inspector said it wasn't the first time they hadn't shown up for an inspection

I checked a lot of solar companies and Barrett was the most reasonable. They explained everything and answered all my crazy questions. When I wanted to change the solar panel brand, they didn’t hesitate and let me buy Canadian instead of Germany or anywhere else.
They did a super job installing it. They even took care of our metal roof snow guards.
My next hope is to get a battery to get off the grid entirely. (Personally, I hate the electric company).

I just purchased some solar panels from Barrett. It was such an easy process and they did all of the paperwork themselves. It took a total of 2-3 months for the whole project to be completed since there’s so much planning and paperwork involved. Stress free process for you. I talked to Josh and he did a fabulous job at explaining the whole process and how it would benefit us to have them. I highly recommend them!

My Experience with Barrett Solar was a very good one. Tyler the owner, was very cordial when we met to talk about the solar system and how it works and what to expect from the system and the power company. I was sent E-mails and Text messages throughout the process from beginning to end.
His installers were nice, respectful, and very cordial. They worked diligently and were very knowledgeable with what they were doing. They answered every question I had for them. There was no pressure in buying the solar system and that was nice. I was given a price and Tyler stuck to that agreed price even though
