This was a ripoff! They gave my couches a so called deep clean... the worst! I had to help them, tell them what to clean, the got my expensive area rug all wet and didn't care. Very unprofessional when they arrive to your home. I wish I'd never called them. I had to have another company clean my couches.

I really took a chance, seeing as their Yelp reviews were less than stellar. But after looking at their website, it looked very professional and had the new customer 20% off deal too. I had low expectations since I've been looking for an Eco maid service for months and all were disappointing...but the couple they sent to come clean were early, took about a little over two hours, completed the checklist I provided in advance, and I am thoroughly pleased with the job they did today. It was refreshing to see the pride they took in their work to give myself as a client the 'Wow'-factor

I was looking to find an eco-conscious cleaning company. So when I saw ecocleaningla's website that promised that all products used were Green Seal, I scheduled an appointment online for the following day between 8-9:30am. I received a phone call within 10 minutes confirming the appointment and the agreed price for 2 hours. They said they would send 2 people to clean the apartment in 1hour. Great!

I cannot vouch for the cleaning as I never even got that far. I was moving out of my apartment and scheduled two have two people come clean my apartment. I even called the day of the scheduled cleaning to verify the appointment. NO ONE SHOWED UP. What is even more upsetting is that I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails. They were clearly ignoring me. I couldn't believe they didn't even give a courtesy call. Story short, if you don't want your place cleaned use this company.

This is without a doubt the worst cleaning experience I have ever had. I called yesterday to schedule maid service for my apartment. I was told it would be $87 for 1.5 hours with two cleaners, and they could come the next day. I thought, great! This morning, three people showed up, and in one hour barely cleaned half of the apartment. The areas that they did "clean" were only partially cleaned.
