They literally were willing to go the extra mile for me in a moment of crisis! I paid for a 1 bedroom even though I have a studio to make sure they had enough time. It was a 4 hour cleaning. All they did was clean the toilet, wipe down my kitchen table, wipe off the bathroom counter, made my bed and clean the floor. My kitchen counters and cabinets were not wiped down, the stovetop was not cleaned, the mirrors were not cleaned, the Leather couches were Dusty, the baseboards were still dusty, the trashcan was not wiped down, the chairs weren't wiped down and the bathtub/shower was not cleaned. Four hours in a 600 sq. ft unit without ANY furniture you would think it would be spectacular....no...the baseboards, floors (especially corners), windows, bathroom tile, underneath appliances (even though they were moved away from wall) were not really clean...just a "surfacey" job. The lead up reminders to the job were great....and they were on time and pleasant.
