I continue to be impressed by this company. Had an issue with garage door not closing completely. They got me in within a couple days. Called me 15 minutes before arriving, and were exactly on time. Impressive. Even better they figured out the problem and fixed it. In and out in 15 minutes. Now that's service!

Discount Garage Door came out today and fixed the shotty job Overhead did. I have a Rausch Coleman home and Overhead does all their work. I had 2 guys come out today. They were super knowledgeable and very polite. Plus got the job done fast! One guy was training another employee. He was a very good teacher to the other employee and at the same time got the job done right and fast. I was just super impressed with their professionalism. Will definitely use them in the future. Everyone else should too

Everything went smooth with my new garage door installation. The price was reasonable. Workmanship was top notch. Communication was above standard. Marilyn kept me informed through text messages which was a big plus because I wasn't home when the work was done. And special thanks to Bill for postponing his dinner to get me setup!

Garage door randomly went off track, which was due to a terrible installation when the house was built. I am extremely happy with the service I received from the phone call to schedule an appointment to when the work was done. The quality and speed of the work was fantastic,l. He was able to walk me through what needed to be done and why, get the work done, walk me through what he had done, educated me on how to spot a properly installed and functioning door so I can avoid this issue if I were to move in the future, and he even took care of an issue with the door sensors I've had for over a year

Excellent experience with this company. My wife was not pressured into a new garage door. Thank you for giving other less expensive options to fix the garage door and keep it from further damage as it is being used. Eddie did a good job and I hope the company will buy him an electric saw to make his job easier. He was very nice and knowledgeable.
