Donnie is awesome! It is so refreshing to hire a contractor that is so knowledgeable, reliable, and courteous. Donnie and team completed the work beautifully, for the exact dollar amount quote in the exact time frame quoted. They left the work area cleaner than when they started. We had twos single garage doors replaced, a new opener installed, and the other existing opener re-mounted.
We will certainly use Donnie moving forward for any dooring projects. I have a brick house and an odd sized door that many companies were not able or willing to help me with. Tulsa Door Services was more than willing to help and then over delivered. I will be sure to use their services again.

I called TDS based on my son-in-law's recommendation as they had replaced the springs on his garage door. Made an appointment and got scheduled for the next morning. A nice young man named Dan arrived, I told him the issue I was having and he proceeded to look things over. Said the main issue was the sensors but after full review found other things I might want to consider fixing. I hadn't had any repairs made since it was installed around 15 years earlier so it made sense that there could be other parts needing replaced. Got price gouged for a broken spring replacement, significantly overcharged based on competitor estimates and historical information. They told me the high price was a result of supply chain issues and availability. When the door opener would not close correctly after the new spring was installed. They said it would be more to service the opener. I rebutted that the opener had never done that in the past, not once. I sent them away thinking I could adjust it. Week later still not closing correctly I called them out and was told it would be a service on the opener, more money. I refused smelling

I was very impressed with the quality of service I received from Tulsa Door Services. The service providers Don and Dave arrived on time and same day. They were very knowledgeable about the garage door and had the parts need to fix my door with them on there truck. The whole repair took less than an hour once they arrived.

Amazing customer service. They came out late in the day, worked in the heat and saved me money. We had previously been told we needed to replace our entire garage door for 3,500 but when Tulsa Door Services came out he talked up my door, and said there were just a few things that needed fixed. These guy's are super awesome. I accidentally ran into my garage door and need help ASAP. Called Tulsa door spoke with Doug explained what happens he sent Johnathan out with in a hour. Johnathan explained my options and I had a new garage door with in 4 hours. They did a super great job. The price was really reasonable.
