I have contracted with the GRD Roofing located in Rancho Cucamonga California for my 10 unit residential apartment building located in Hollywood CA. The contract was signed on January 31, 2020. The job was completed on February 15, 2020 with all materials guaranteed for 15 years on date of completion and labor 12 years. I have paid them 24,000 for the job. I had some leak three different occasions, and they came and did the repairs with no charge. End of October 2021 my manager called and complained again about some leak happening in some tenants units again due to some recent minor rain. I called

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this company. It started with a knock on my door with a big smile letting me know they were going to get started. They covered the whole surrounding ground with drop clothes and cleaned everything throughly before they leaving.
They were professional and did an excellent job on my roof removal. I highly recommend them.
