We are an authorized service center for most of our major brands and we service products that are both in and out of warranty. Full Compass will repair your equipment for up to two years from date of original invoice for free. Do not send us anything without calling us first, we will need proper identification on the package and a return authorization number clearly on the label. I submitted an online order for a professional audio component (18 inch Woofer) that needed replacing for my QSC K181. Not only were their prices reasonable to outstanding, they shipped very quickly.
Admittedly, I was nervous about the business because I saw so many mixed reviews so I therefore followed up with a phone call to see if my order was rec'd and when it would ship. Some very friendly people answered my question and made good on their word. It shipped the next day and I rec'd my order within a week of purchase.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased an item for our church and was charged tax. I contacted their support team, sent them our tax exempt form and they very promptly updated our new account with the tax exempt status, refunded the tax, and took great care of us. I am very impressed with the support they offered. Very highly recommend!!!

I a little surprised seeing some of the negative ratings. I've used them 3 times and it's been stellar every time. Particularly my last order where I had placed an order on a holiday weekend. I forgot to add an item and sent an email asking to add the small item to the order. I got an email beck on the Monday saying it has been added and the order arrived in perfect shape. I'll keep using them, as the prices are fair and they've had some out of the norm stuff, like a slide pot for my bass amp. The customer service, so far, is fine.

I recently placed an order online for a microphone that was on sale from Full Compass Systems on Amazon. The listing stated that there were 8 mics available. Eventually, all 8 mics were sold at the sale price. But the next business day, I received notice that the mic was no longer available and out of stock. I checked the Full Compass System website and the exact microphone was still listed in stock for their regular, higher, price. I didn't loose any money as they refunded my credit card, but what gives? Judging by the postings on YELP and other places, Full Compass is either disorganized

This used to be a much better place. I've been a customer since it was literally located in one room on the east side of Madison. This week I needed a special cable that was in stock (a lot of stuff on their site isn't in stock but a lot is as well) and they say that if you order by 2:30 p.m. it will ship the same day. That's been my experience with them but not this time. Instead of arriving today it has yet to be shipped and you can't use what you don't have. Because of the failure to be a reliable source I cannot recommend as highly as I have in the past. They

I ordered from Full Compass Systems in mid-May 2020, and the item was still back-ordered a month later. The issue is that Full Compass charged my card when I ordered, not when they shipped. Every other merchant out there charges when the item ships, not when ordered.
It's not Full Compass Systems fault that I ordered a back-ordered item and I would have been willing to wait. However, because they charged my credit card when I ordered I would eventually lose my credit card chargeback protections and then I'd have no easy recourse in the event that Full Compass never shipped or the item

Great service from these guys during COVID times. I ordered a part for my Yamaha amp and there was problem with USPS delivery. They refunded me the amount right away. They were reachable by phone/email during the stay-in-place orders. After USPS finally delivered it, they let me keep the part at no cost! Great service, thanks Full Compass!

With COVID19 circumstances what they are, our church needed video editing software ASAP. Did our research, found Full Compass as authorized reseller. Contacted via chat before placing the order to be certain product and registration key would be available, as advertised (downloadable), and was assured of hour turnaround, 12 hours tops. That was four and half days ago. Full Compass says they're waiting for download key, the manufacturer says Full Compass won't return their call and has no order from them. EXtremely disappointed. We consider ourselves an "essential service"

We placed an order online with this company. I guess because we created a business account online we received a courtesy email from their National Sales Representative, Josh Youngblood. It was a super nice email, stating "I thought I'd offer myself up as a direct contact for whatever you may need relating to what we carry. Ordered a simple JBL replacement woofer. They claim it was shipped and received but nothing was ever received. I understand that accidents happen but when I called in 8 days after being told it was shipped, they were clueless. I was on hold for almost 20 minutes before transferring to the receptionist who was clueless and told me everyone was in either at lunch or in a meeting. The entire company? No not everyone. But apparently everyone who could help me. Not a good time to hold a meeting. Finally someone picks up only to tell me they have no idea where my package is and that it was delivered

Not sure what has happened here, except to say that the customer service that used to be EXCELLENT has slipped to MARGINAL.
The web site is WORTHLESS.
I have been a satisfied customer since 1981, but have noticed a HUGE absence of customer service since about 2014. I have switched reps more times than I can count. They either quite or on constant vacation, so it makes consistency difficult.
The owner used to be approachable and VERY helpful, but not since they moved to the new facility. I used to never shop around for tech gear, I just automatically ordered from FULL Compass. Not any more. It

My company called ahead to order some gaff tape and we were told it would be ready for us at the pickup counter. We rolled up and the first counter of guys didn't have any idea what we were talking about, but pointed us towards another counter. When we got in there, the guy at the counter also seemed confused and spent a good 10 minutes trying to find our order (nothing had been pulled). Once he found it, he told us to grab the tape ourselves off the shelf and bring it up from to purchase. I relied on this company for many years. I always received the best prices anywhere. Now, it's too often a lackadaisical response out of the sales staff and prices no better (sometimes worse) than anywhere else. I bought an expensive item from them 3 years ago. It was a good experiences. They let me take home two expensive demos to test in my house before deciding, that's awesome. Recent inquiries have left me wondering if those employees all left and they rehired new, inexperienced, less compensated people. I might return, I might not...just not happy with their decline

I bought a Behringer CMD Studio 4A from them and was happy. So I decided to try them again.
I googled what I wanted, Harmor virtual synth, and Full Compass appeared with other vendors. I sent the money expecting an immediate email, since it is delivered by email, but it looks like I have to wait until Monday. Bad move Full Compass.
I could have used a different vendor and be sculpting sounds instead of writing this negative review. But I chose Full Compass...for the last time. Good luck with your business. I'm shopping B&H or Sweetwater from now on.
