On April 2nd 2019, a white male with a scruffy beard and many ear piercings, tailgated us on I-95 while flipping us off from Atlantic Ave (Pompano) all the way to Congress Ave (Boca). There were 3 lane closures on at Atlantic Ave (SouthBound 95) forcing everyone to merge to the right most lane. Time was between 6:30pm and 7pm. Driver purposely tried to force us into the drum barricades as he laughed. As I got around him, he flipped us off and then proceeded to tailgate us for 15 minutes, continuing to flip us off all the while smiling and laughing (I could see this through my rear view mirror)
