Once you get past the price, the installation and inability to reach your salesperson after the sale, the system is wonderful. WHEN it works. Customer service is a joke. They do not return calls to the number listed on the internet, the do not reply to messages sent to the message board provided on the internet. We have a 51 panel system that is showing 13 panels working and the only call back we've had was from us calling an incorrect solar company in New York!!!

I have had my panels for a year and a half. I am having trouble for the third time with the solar app and cannot get a service person. The app shows no solar production for about 20 days but I can't be sure until someone comes to check. I don't want to pay an electric bill on top of paying for the panels! I had an appt but no one showed. Then I was given a new number to call, but it was not a working number. Could someone at Spark please resolve this asap?

I been working with Curt with Sparks Solar, Curt is very friendly and patient with me on explaining every step of the way from the beginning to the end. Many times I called him on a question I had and if he could not pick up he all ways called me back and gave me a very detailed answers to all of my questions. He all so took time to come by when the work was being done on my home to make sure I don't have any questions that I might have. Sparks Solar is lucky to have Curt working for them. I have always been very interested in solar power and after calling around Spark Solar was the only ones who had a friendly and helpful voice every time I called back. I like to do my research before I spend money on ANYTHING so it helped a lot that they had all the answers!! We got our solar panels installed very very easily, it did take as long as I thought it would and it looks AWESOME!! Kinda been the talk of the neighbors so thanks a bunch Spark Solar!!

After buying a house my goal always was to get solar energy. so I fill out a thing and four companys contact me. company a want to do a lease program and little info. company b set up an appointment conform the appointment the day before but never show the day of nor call still waiting for that call. company c want to wait to get some use before move forward. not a bad plan just when you call back dont hang up when you tell them you found someone ask for a reference. company d spark solar conform and shown up on time to the appointment . mr. Curt stay and answer questions got me approved from six

Was quoted $52,500 from Spark and then found another company who quoted $29,800 for an even bigger system. I’ve had that less expensive option installed and it works great and was more than 20k less. Spark may be friendly and may hire a good install team, but so was the other company and at a massive discount. Before you sign any contract, DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND GET MULTIPLE QUOTES..

I had an issue on how his usage has increased, but the most recent bill was great. I spoke with Seth and he addressed most of my concerns. I could not be any more pleased with Jeremy with Spark Solar. They provided superior service from the bid thru the installation and paperwork. Seth the owner was good with communication and the team took care of the electrician duties. Team was very careful to install the necessary conduit in a professional and aesthetically pleasing manner. As I will be looking at his work every day, its nice to have it look good.
