We waited a week to have our house cleaned. They scheduled a date and the day before we did not know what time they were arriving. Without our knowledge they changed the date . I guess others are more important than us. We will find someone else. We got a text that we had to cancel by 3:00 the day before or get charged but it is ok to have you change the date without telling us.

Love coming home to my clean house. Michelle did such a good job today. I had a really rough day and was certainly not going to have any free time for extra cleaning and she got so much done! She even folded our toilet paper into a heart. She left us detailed notes and did more than I even expected. I would enjoy having her again!

Honestly let me say , Trina does wonders on my home. She came once before and I was blown away.
Now we are reoccurring and It became my favorite day . Nothing better then a fresh clean house. Life caught up to me (work , husband , animals, school full time). Well I have been slacking with house work.
My house looks so fresh ! Hats off to Trina for coming on time , loving on my animals and not afraid to have a conversation with me . Maid (see what I did there) the experience so much better! A+ !

I originally booked Maids Around Town on 8 June for a cleaning on 28 June. I gave them all the requested information and they gave me a quote and a confirmation email. Two days before my appointment they called, at the end of the business day, to tell me they do not service my location. This cleaning was for a move out, as we sold our home and wanted to have it professionally cleaned for the new buyers, hence was booked for one of the last days we had access to the home. I had to then find another cleaning service on a minutes notice. I find this completely unprofessional and unacceptable as

I had two cleanings done by this company. The scheduler worked to fit my needs, going above and beyond to schedule some last minute cleanings, and even near a holiday. The cleaners did a a good job, not perfect, but I am satisfied with the work for the price and time it took. I recommend this company.

On Monday April 30th I had schedule with Maids around town to clean my vacant 2 bedroom 2 baths condo in Escondido. I also had requested Megan based on some reviews I had read. They said no problem. When I arrived at the condo, there was another lady called Michelle they had sent out.
I walked around with Michelle and pointed out areas that I wanted to make sure she cleans including the front entrance door, the entrance tiles, the two windows in the bedrooms, the top of the fridge, the tracks for the closet doors, etc.
I asked her to text me half an hour before leaving, so I have time to come

I recently had Trina at my house (cleaning the lower level ) not only was she on time but she started right away ! She was showed so much compassion to my dogs and my 100 pound dog that wanted all the love (which she gave ). I appreciate that and her. She made my Ouse sparkle and shine and make it smell well not like a petco that's for sure ! It was amazing ! From the ceiling to the baseboards my house was shining ! And she asked what I preferred on my floors ! It met a lot that she wanted to make sure I was 1000% happy !

I am currently 38 weeks pregnant with a toddler in Escondido and have never had anyone come to clean my home before. This is mostly because I am Type A and have very particular expectations for how I like things cleaned and organized. If it's not organized...it's not clean. I had my two bedroom, two bathroom apartment cleaned for a move out inspection using this service and Destiney, did an amazing job. She was very friendly and professional, she made sure she knew exactly what was expected and also made sure that I was completely happy with the cleaning before leaving.
This company also had the best price out of all of the other companies in North county. The appointment scheduler was very help and worked with me to find someone who could get to my apartment with little notice.

I'm so glad our last minute appointment was put on Destiny's schedule! I was calling around frantically on Tuesday trying to find someone to come in ASAP and do a deep clean for us. My due date was literally the next day (the day Destiny came by), and on top of that we had just had a restoration company finish a lengthy water damage project - needless to say my pregnancy OCD was in high gear and I felt like our place looked dreadful. We have hired many maid services over the 8 years living in Oceanside and these folks are hands down incredible. The rates are fair, their communication is excellent before, after and during the cleaning. The actual housecleaning and attention to detail is excellent.
We have settled in on Samantha who is always prompt, who has great attention to detail, works hard consistently and listens to your directions. She is amazing.

I started getting weekly cleanings about 3 weeks ago. I decided that it was worth the splurge to have a consistently clean house and it has been. Michelle has been doing a great job and always checks in with me to see if everything is ok and if she has extra time she works on an "extras" list that I leave for her. One of the most important things for me was not having to take my dogs to doggie daycare on cleaning days (which I've done in the past). Michelle has been great with the mutts following her around when she cleans.

I scheduled my cleaning service through Amazon, and they had Maids Around Town get in touch with me. Megan is the manager and she was also the one who came in for cleaning. Very efficient, very quick and thorough: I have a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Condo (1526 Sq Ft) and she was able to clean it really nicely, in under 3 hrs, just by herself. I've used a few cleaning services in San Diego, and they've all invariably sent in two cleaners for 2.5 hrs and still not do as good a job.

After trying another maid service and getting absolutely nowhere, I stumbled upon Maids around Town. After a minor mix-up with time schedules they sent out a maid that worked wonders and gave us the VIP treatment. Their communication before and after the fact using emails and texts make it really easy to schedule service. I would recommend this service to anyone.

The clean was scheduled to be on a tuesday at 8am so i told my husband to stay put in our apartment so he could let the cleaner, he had work at 9:30. Three+ hours later(around 11 to 12) my husband texts me that they haven't arrived. So i text them, they apologise, say that the cleaners made a mistake and asked to reschedule to a Saturday at 9am. I tried Maids Around Town for a few cleanings and have had issues pretty much all of the times. My first scheduled service was great, and they did an excellent job cleaning the house (they conducted a training and had multiple maids with a supervisor overseeing the work - I believe this is a tactic used to hook in new customers). Unfortunately, I was overcharged on time (we have a camera installed in the house and are able to verify start and stop times) and had to call and have a somewhat lengthy discussion before it was resolved. I thought I'd give them another shot since the price was so competitive
