I scheduled Sparkly Maid service to clean my home on Friday morning. I chose a time slot from 9 AM until till 10 AM for their arrival. At 10:30 AM, I got a call from the maids to tell me that they were running late. By that time, I had already canceled their service for this week and all subsequent weeks. If you're going to be late, you call within the window to say you're going to be late. You don't call 30 minutes after the window to say you're going to be late. I'm paying you for service. You will be on time. If they need a larger window to be on time, then their service

What a service! Not only were we appreciative of this company for accommodating our last minute request for the deep cleaning services, but we were amazed with how the services turned out! Frank and Maria from Sparkly maids did a super job of deep cleaning our big house - they meticulously worked on every space and did not rush through their work. They were punctual, very courteous and asked us to double check the spaces as they got done to ensure things were to our satisfaction. We couldn't point out anything that was amiss.

We put our home on sale in Frisco, and Sparkly Maids' cleaning crew came in for a needed deep clean a day before the photographer had to take photos for the listing. After we had some water damage in the house, we hired them to undertake a post-construction cleaning. They came over to give me an estimate in person and were very thorough about the cleaning process. The cleaning crew that came out was fantastic, and we were really pleased.

Absolutely horrible experience. Showed up 3 hours late. Tried to over charge and didn't do their job. Just rinsed my tub and toilet if and didn't bother vacuuming under the exposed side tables . Left empty cleaning supplies all over the bathroom. I emailed then about it and told them and that said they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will send someone out. They refused send someone after reaching out to them and accused me of lying about not getting back to them in time and that it would be a waste of their time to come back. EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude to deal with.

I've had Sparkly maids come out a few times when I've fallen behind on cleaning my home. Anita was sent out both times for a deep clean and did a great job. Baseboards, windows, cabinets, etc all looks great. It was great getting to sit down that night and relax. Didn't have to stress about a dirty home. Will definitely schedule with them again.

This review does not pertain to their cleaning quality as i wouldnt know. Made an appointment for a cleaning. Almost every day prior to the cleaning i received a reminder. They even put a hold for the money on my card. The day arrives, and they allow themselves an hour after the appointment start time to arrive. We waited. After an hour we get a phone call saying they are running over as the prior job was bigger than expected. Okay, so we reschedule for 2 pm that day. At 2 pm we begin our hour wait. No text, no call, no sparkly maid. Call the business number and they were apologetic and

I am not impressed with this company at all. I ordered a move-in deep cleaning and was extremely dissatisfied with the results. None of the carpet was vacuumed, none of the windows were cleaned, the window sills were left with bugs and nails and random trash, the base of the toilets still had urine stains, the kitchen cabinets were not wiped down, the insides were not cleaned out, there was broken glass left on the carpets and under the edge of the dishwasher, cobwebs everywhere. When I called for a refund, Anatole was completely unwilling to do anything other than send this person out to reclean

RUN!!! They're a horrible company and just want to snatch your money. Scheduled an appt weeks in advance to get a call the minute of my Appt telling me they needed to reschedule. Never provided me a reason, could've atleast said an emergency but nope no excuse. Asked me to reschedule without offering a discount for inconvenience. They had already charged my credit card that morning for the service, so I just asked for a refund. They told me my card was never charged I screamed at them b/c I literally saw where they took their money out of my account and offered to forward them proof.

Do NOT use this company they will do a horrible job plus they are a lot more expensive than the average maid service. They also keep your credit card so when you have a disagreement can just charge it at will. They don't keep their word at who will be coming to your house and cleaning and will sent random cleaners into your home with no warning instead of calling and asking if you want to reschedule. Very very upset with the way they do business. Please stay away unless you want to be worried that a shady company has your credit card on file. The fact that this company feels so compelled to

A sweet couple Anita & Sergio came and cleaned my apartment and knocked it out of the park. It's tough for me to be satisfied with a cleaning company because I personally clean like a psycho but I had a toilet overflow and am a germaphobe so I have them a shot. Not only did they do a great job in the bathroom but the rest of my place looks phenomenal. I'll definitely use this company if I use a cleaning service again and will be requesting Anita & Sergio!

The customer service here is amazing! I had bad experiences trying to schedule an appointment with similar companies, but where others gave me issues, Sparkly Maids worked around my schedule. Emily even offered to service my place the same day I talked to her! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you receive with no complaints from me.

Sparkly Maids really came through for me, with incredible response time and excellent cleaning service. Thank You!! I learned last minuted that I needed a professional cleaning of my apartment before move out. I contacted a few cleaning services via Yelp, and Emily at Sparkly responded super fast and provided me with a fair quote for the service.
Then, I had a totally crazy day where I lost my house keys and had to run around town to get our extra set. Ugh. Emily was patient and gracious throughout the process, and we still got the cleaning done that day. The floors and baseboards are now clean
