Had an appointment at noon. No one showed up. I called at 1pm and they said job before me ran long and they would be out soon. At 4:30 pm, still no show. Called and they were already closed. Called the next day and they couldn't find my service ticket. Man on the phone was not apologetic or anything. I told him nevermind, I would go elsewhere.

They were INCREDIBLE! I came in an hour before close with shattered glass on my wood stove door. The owner was so kind to make sure it got done THAT DAY still. (It was calling for snow in our area). I am ever grateful for his kindness and stories of childhood of mischief! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Good friendly service! They did really good cheap work and it was quick. I've had them replace my windshield on my van and make custom screens for the cabin. Everything was awesome. Only four stars for smoking cigarettes smell in the lobby made me want to vomit.

While the smell and cleanliness of the office were not impressive, the price and fast work made up for it! I had my side glass around my door replaced. Not only was the price UNDER the estimate to remove old glass and put new glass in, it was also done well and FAST. I was called and told they couldn't have it done for another 5 days, and then I expressed that without them there are just two huge holes in my house. Only a few hours later they called and were finished! They also knew it had to be tempered glass to pass an inspection later on due to how close to a door it was. I almost never give

These guys were great. We have a 10' patio door which we had to muscle to open. They repaired the track and replaced the rollers and now the door glides open smoothly. They were here the next day after I called them and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I had excellent service from Redwood Glass. From coming out to measure for the window, the follow up call to let me know the price and schedule, to the install.
Tom the owner is very nice and professional. Allen who did the installation is a very hard worker and fast.
I have no complaints about this company at all. I highly recommend them.
