I have used Vallejo Glass's services twice in a few years, most recently today. Initially, I discovered them when my 10 yr old showcased his golf swing, a beamer that no window would dare stand up to. Today I used their services for cutting a large bathroom mirror.
The phone experience was great - I was provided courteous and friendly service. I was given the option to bring the mirror in for faster service, which I chose. They adjusted my work in today itself, and while I waited (5 minutes max) Patrick cut the mirror - I did not have to lift it out or place back in the car. The onsite experience

So very disappointed in the service I received at Vallejo Glass Company. I spoke with Monica who was very rude on the phone. It took them four days to return my call after the gentleman came out and realized that the measurements for my windows were incorrect. Therefore, he was unable to do the installation. My question to them was "can you waive the fee for installation due to the inconvenience" , I was told they could recut and install the window (which would take another week or two) or give me my money back. Said windows needed parts but then couldn't get the parts to work so then said needed new windows! Donna in the office was very rude. I ended up getting a refund and got another company over there that said new windows not needed just parts. Used them before with no problem, even recommended to clients but will NEVER use or recommend them again.

Very good, dependable service. I needed some glass sheets cut but they were tempered glass. They offered to disposed of it for free. Unlike other glass companies that tried to scam you into buying their stuff and keeping your junk, he took the time to dispose of it in front of me.
I had 5 sheets cut for my display shelf but needed one more. I called and ordered it. Very satisfied with the results.

Very professional and informative. My window broke and thought I had to replace the whole window. When Martin came to my house and took look at it, he said it was fixable. He explained that it was repaired before but not the right way. Been in my current house for about 5-6years and 1st time had a problem with any window. When my husband brought it back this time, though, the women working the customer service counter claimed to know nothing about it, and told him to order a new screen. I contacted these guys Monday morning to come out and replace my sliding door glass. They arrived at my house at 11:30am and measured the glass for replacement. They called me on Thursday to schedule a Monday appt. I asked if there is any way they could do it this Friday as I am having an open house on Sunday to sell my house. The woman on the phone put me on hold for a minute and returned to tell me they would be out on Friday between 9-12. They showed up at 11 and were done by 11:30. I couldn't ask for any more responsive and professional service. I will definitely recommend them to anyone

Expensive, incorrect information, false expectations. Placed order last Friday, the gal said it would be ready by Tuesday, is now Thursday morning of the following week, called before arriving to their shop about my order, they take their sweet time and tell me it’s ready, I arrive to pick the two pieces and only one is ready, the other was suppose to just be cut there locally at the shop and for a week it was not! Bad service!

I needed new shower glass and called all around the Bay Area before settling on Vallejo Glass. Everyone I talked to was helpful in answering all my questions leaving me to feel at ease that I was making the right choice. However, once Paul and Ricardo arrived to begin the install I was more than certain I had made a most excellent choice. I highly recommend them for your glass needs.

We relocated to Vallejo from Washington State and purchased a 1978 home that had new windows installed in 2002 by a company that is no longer in business. We noticed that a couple of the windows were failing and that the windows above the front door had a couple of small cracks. So I asked a few people and they recommended Vallejo Glass.
Vallejo Glass came and checked the windows and recommended we replace the glass in the failed windows. They also shared that the thin glass windows above the door were not up to code, it needs to be safety glass.

Called Vallejo Glass to get an estimate for replacing the track on a sliding glass patio door. When I called I was told "they don't do track replacements" and "we only replace the whole sliding window" and "you might want to try a door company" but the odd thing about all of that is they had previously done the same exact repair on my OTHER sliding glass door in the past.
So I think I'll just use someone else this time. Their prices were high last time anyway, and their work wasn't really all that good but I was willing to try them again. The money
