Our large window had to be replaced. Not only were the contractors rude and showed up 3 hours earlier than scheduled, but they almost broke an existing window next to the one being replaced, took much longer than estimated to replace the one window and poorly installed it. There are so many other much better, qualified and competent window contractors out there who are more deserving of your business. They also damaged my ceiling carrying the window into my home. Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the wasted money and grief of hiring someone incompetent. DO NOT USE ALBA WINDOWS!!!

Lilian and Alba's Glass are wonderful! They came in, gave me an analysis of what needed to be done, ordered the parts and replaced my double paned window without issue. They also replaced a mechanism on another window...did I mention the windows are on the third floor of a Condo? They did everything from the inside!
We were told by other companies that the whole window frames had to be replaced ...thank goodness for Lilian and Alba's Glass. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars. Honest, reasonable and great customer service. Highly highly recommend!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The people at alba's glass were incredible. alan was very communicative through the entire process, making sure i was aware of the issues affecting my window frame, the process of getting it repaired, and keeping me updated on the progress of getting parts to finish the repair. the team was great - super knowledgeable and friendly. highly recommend!

Alba's did a great job, replaced 2 pieces of glass for us and got ti done efficiently and quickly. Communication was great, and the work was well done in our 100 plus year old Craftsman house. Only issue was that there was some broken glass around after one of the windows was replaced, but nothing bad.

Alba's glass replaced 9 windows in our mid-century home installing factory guaranteed dual glazed windows. Several of the windows were over-sized and required special manufacturing. The day we called to inquire about their services they came over for a preliminary look. When we decided to get a full quote, they came and provided the quote within days. All of the windows were replaced within two weeks. (We are still waiting on a quote from Arrow Glass!) The price was reasonable, they were professional, friendly and the end result is fabulous. I was frightened by the incident and Lillian had a calm and reassuring voice that helped ease my anxiety of what to do next. Lillian was able to schedule Ben that same morning to come and board up my window. The brick had damaged some of the wooden frame on the window and would need a few days to repair. Luckily, Alba Glass hasa master carpenter on staff to do the needed repair work.

When I write a review I occasionally find that five stars just isn't enough for what an establishment provided. This is true of my interaction with ALBA's Glass. Their service is top notch. Lillian was pleasant to work with and very knowledgable in all her answers. This included proactively organizing a safely-distanced appointment and assessment of my project. Kudos as well to Robert for being out here during these times to ensure the work could move forward quickly. Should I, or anyone I know, have any glass-related needs, I know who to call. The folks at Alba's Glass are fast and affordable. Someone smashed my window in the middle of the night. Alba's sent someone out that morning to give me an estimate, and place a board in the frame. They even cleaned up all the glass inside and outside the house. Their competitors wanted several days to do that, and told me to just tape up the window.

I don't know if this place was ever any good. But now it belongs to people who don't bother to open the office, and when you call them they tell you that you must text them your information and they'll try to have someone get back to you. This business is doomed to failure. I went by last week for an emergency window repair they were closed in the middle of the day. Went by again today they are closed it is 1 PMThe woman who answers the phone is unhelpful at best and bordering on rude.

Love this company! They are fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. I needed a window replaced and a lock fixed on another, I was quoted for both and they came right on time! They fixed the lock fairly easy and didn't even charge me for it! They're amazing! It feels like some companies are trying to take advantage of you, not Alba's. They truly care and pay attention to details. Thanks so much for the help and professionalism!

I am a property manager and a realtor, so I end up getting a lot of windows fixed. Every time from Alba I have gotten excellent service, ease of billing and coordination, and a quality end product. I have tried a few others, and then called Alba to fix what those other messed up.
