The best made stained glass window will eventually succumb to a combination of chemical and physical forces. Wind, moisture, and the cycles of expansion and contraction inherent with temperature variations all contribute to metal fatigue. The majority of the time, it is the metal came which is compromised by these elements, not the glass itself.
Helios Art Glass was commissioned to design, fabricate and install stained glass entry doors, windows, & skylights in a private winery in Marin County. The client was looking for a design which was inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, & a color palette which evoked the land and skyscape just outside these doors.

I had a set of stained glass windows in my 100 year old house that were in such bad condition I was almost going to just remove them. I didn't think it was going to be possible to get them repaired without costing and arm and and a leg. While it wasn't cheap, Tom's pricing was much more competitive than the two other stained glass repair companies I contacted.
