My family ordered a custom down from Millwork for less costing a fortune. When the door was installed there was a crack in the panel. We contacted Millwork for less, to have the issue corrected, it took over a year to have them send out a customer service representative, when they finally did send someone to repair the issue they inserted a panel that was 5 shades lighter then my door. I contacted the owner of the company TODD.... (extremely unprofessional) trying to work through the problem, he told me i would have to stain the door myself. Not coming from a handy background i felt extremely uncomfortable
