I cannot recommend these guys enough! We were impressed by them at our first meeting and contracted with them on the spot (which we never do). They just finished up the door today and we are so pleased! It not only looks amazing but Chris and Jay were friendly, personable and professional. As for pricing, they came in right around what we were expecting to pay.

When I bought my new home, I knew I would need new windows all around. I priced a bunch of providers including Anderson, Home Depot and some other independent providers. Grand Opening had the second best price (Home Depot had 1 (out of 4 different window types) that was cheaper, but their other three were more expensive. And the window quality was second (Anderson was tops), but the price was less than many windows that were lower in quality.
Grand Opening came when they said they would, and had all the windows in the correct size (my house is older and did not have standard sizes). They completed

Replaced my front door, and while the door is fine, they damaged the floor inside the house and attempted to cover it up without letting me know. Additionally, they cheaply filled holes that were created from their door replacement between the door frame and exterior stone facade with caulk rather than concrete/grout as they should have. Will require recaulking regularly to keep it water tight.
Bottom line, check every inch of the job site before you pay them.

I had originally rated this firm higher, however after the installation was completed, we discovered that shortcuts had been taken.
We had our new windows installed on Nov. 1, 2019. Our original review stated "this is a high quality window at a very fair price. We received quotes from two other window companies and Grand Opening was the best value. The installation was completed on the date promised and we were very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the window installers."
However, a few weeks later, on the night before Thanksgiving, we had very strong winds hit our house.

The customer service and satisfaction I received was superior, My windows are beautiful and well-installed. I also received a sliding glass door for my patio which is very study and secure. My front door, back door and inside garage door are also well-installed and sturdy. The workmanship was done in such a professional manner with no "clean-up after" at all on my part. I highly recommend the team at Grand Opening Windows and Doors.
