I had solar panels install in Sept. 2020. The installers were excellent. Very professional and easy to work with. I have no complaints with them at all. The office staff is another story. each and every time I have called for something I am told they will check and call me back by the end of the day. Hasn't happened yet. It's a week or 2 later that I have to call back and go through the same thing again.
It's happening again right now. I called in May to have someone check one my panels that was not producing right. I had to call again to get someone out here. Luke was finally scheduled to come

They said they have no record of doing business with me. 12/29/15 they installed 16 panels and solar hot water heater. Roof has leaked 3 times and panels didn’t produce near what they said they would. Sold me a solar attic fan and then said they can’t install because I have metal roof. Worst decision ever having this company do work on my home.

By strange coincidence our friends got a solar pool heater installed within a few weeks of ours. Theirs has the less expensive solid panels, ours has the Heliocol panels with the air gap in the heating elements.
Our homes are separated by a block and a half, so they function in very similar weather conditions.
Overall, our neighbor’s system seems to heat better than ours. It heats faster and does a better job of keeping their pool warm...and it cost less.
Our heater does not seem to work all that well, even in full sun. I have the temp turned up to 95 and our solar heater is nearly indistinguishable

During these extremely difficult times, SES was able to send out Technician Ronald to see what was wrong with my solar water heater. It had stopped working and our water was only lukewarm when it had been scalding hot previously.
SES originally installed our system many years ago and we also had them take down and reinstall the roof panel in the past 6 months when we had a new roof put on our home. In previous instances and this one, they have been on time, communicated what was happening with my request for service, and got out here during the period when we were stuck at home. I had enough panels installed to power my whole house, solar heat for my pool and a solar attic fan. The installation was very professional and once the work was started, completed quickly and neatly. The work men cleaned up and left the area clean. My installation was in 2017. I love doing my part for clean energy. I would highly recommend this company. Add to the solar movement and make the switch using this company!

We had researched solar energy for years but couldn’t locate a company which either had a good track record or was still in business. After several years, we learned our friends obtained solar for their home and qualified for the government incentive. We observed how the liked the system for several months. In fact I was there when they installed their system and asked many questions. So we finally decided to learn more.
I can honestly say the installers sold me on the company and I was even more pleased when they installed our system and answered every question I had honestly.

The installers and customer service personnel were professional and courteous through the entire process. Every part of the process was completed on time and with attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company!
The cost was fair and competitive, and their after service is amazing. They returned when I had a leak that I thought was due to the solar panels, but was determined to be not related at all. They fixed my problem, even though they were not responsible. Service like this is very rare! Thank you!!!!

Remove old pool solar system an replace with a new complete system.Would not recommend this company customer service is horrible and the installers were not professional. Ron the sale representative had no answers for my question after the sale was completed one example timeline for completion 4-6 weeks did not start until the 8th week. The installers left a ton of debris on my roof and lawn ( large screws metal strap and pvc cuttings) my system had a leak on the frist day had to call installers back out the leak was very noticeable. After 8 week did not have a final inspection had to call to get
