UPDATE - so happy to report they came back to fix an issue on the modular cabinets for free - even though they weren't their product! So impressed with Haynes Cabinet Design's professionalism & commitment to ensuring we were 100% happy with everything. Charles and Haynes Cabinet Design were awesome to work with. Charles helped us design a new recessed top/bottom cabinet in our kitchen breakfast nook that matched the rest of our cabinets and provided a practical yet elegant space. He provided multiple design options that met our needs but not too many to be overwhelming. And he was super helpful as we bounced ideas around hemming and hawing on which design we ultimately wanted. The work was impeccable and we are super happy with the outcome. We hired Haynes Cabinet Design to build a custom bookshelf, and we are so happy with the result! I was able to design it exactly as I wanted it, and then they came out to take measurements. They used the exact paint I had in the house, and made everything offsite. On installation day, they did a good job and stayed late to finish. Definitely recommend!

We recently hired Charles with Haynes Cabinet Design to build and install the cabinets for our new breakroom at Escrow Leaders. We wanted it to be something that works for historic San Juan Capistrano and also be a fun and inviting place for everyone.

Haynes Cabinet Design is the best! Five stars are not enough! We met with Charles Haynes awhile ago to review plans for a new kitchen. He was very patient and explained how everything could be done. Although it's more expensive, we decided on all wood cabinets. We had a lot of ideas and some included custom work to be created. Then he brought out a wish book and even more things needed to be considered for the layout. I was able to work with his designer to be sure everything would fit properly and, of course, this took awhile to finalize. I even suggested a special quartz counter top

We were so happy with the Haynes Cabinet Design work, so we used them for a few projects in the last two years - kitchen and bathroom custom cabinets, hallway cabinet, and the most recent projects - built in home office and murphy bed. After interviewing numerous contractors to construct a freestanding executive desk with return for my law office, I chose to move forward with Haynes Cabinet Design. The team at Haynes Cabinet Design was easy to get a hold of and amenable to the various changes made throughout the process. It's been eleven years (!!) since Chuck installed the gorgeous custom cabinets he designed for our (then new) kitchen and media room, and here's what I can say:
1. They look as good today as they did on the day he installed them; that's a real testament to the quality of his finishes and his craftsmanship.
2. They OPERATE as well today as they did on the day he installed them. No funky hinges, no weird drawer glides. Everything just works.
3. When new friends come over, they can't believe how gorgeous our cabinets are, and when we tell them that our remodel was eleven years

Hiring Haynes Cabinet Design was hands down the best decision we made while renovating our kitchen! 5 stars is not enough for the talent, hard work, dedication, patience and BEAUTIFUL kitchen that Haynes Cabinet Design gave us. Charles and the install boys did a great job on our kitchen remodel. We've had a couple of months to live and settle in the new space and love everything about our new kitchen. We selected the cabinet style and told Charles about a few desires we had regarding trash cabinet, spice cabinet and corner lazy Susan cabinet. Most options were available but the spice cabinet was a custom build. It did take a couple of iterations, but Charles worked to get things perfect and us happy with the results. We are now the envy of all our neighbors.

Charles Robinson is honest, responsive and sends out very hardworking and responsible people to work on the project. We had 5 bathroom cabinets updated, contracting only for new doors and trim, and Charles made us all new cabinets for a small price extra. They look great and updated the bathrooms without doing anything else! The job was estimated to take three days and would have but we kept finding plumbing issues that the workman couldn't fix. Charles talked to the Plumber we always use and paid him to fix the pipes the way they should be fixed. Done and done. Not particularly cheap

Would highly recommend! We got a floor to ceiling library built along with media center cabinets. Charles and team were fantastic from beginning to end. They worked with our budget, gave us recommendations when we asked and had a great response turn around time at every step of the way. The finished product? Magnificent. The feel of our entire home is just so much nicer. I would highly recommend them for any of your cabinet needs. Also, I found they are more reasonable priced than competitors who were going to offer not nearly close to the end product we got.

I'm so happy I went with Haynes! Chuck personally designed our living room entertainment niches, and matched the colors to EXACTLY what I wanted, and the colors were not easy. JB and Morgan, the installers, were perfect gentlemen in my house and knew what they were doing. Everything went smoothly, and Chuck even surprised me on installation day with something extra I had mentioned to him earlier. That meant a lot! Thank you!! A+

Had a great experience with this company!! (I know, shocking when it comes to any interaction with construction...hahah!)
The owner, Chuck, is super helpful and professional. He is the one that you mainly work with and he goes out of his way to make sure that the customer is satisfied and he knows what he is doing. My friends have had their kitchens done with this company and everyone is super happy with their work, so I decided to re-do my bathrooms.
