I can't say enough about Glenn and his team at Pacific Closet and Garage! They made everything happen from design, to installation, to coming back several times when doors, parts were back ordered. They never "forgot" about anything and always made sure their work was perfect. I've been so pleased and happy and highly recommend them to anyone looking to add custom designed closets and a cabinets for their garage.

Our experience began with Mia coming over, not once, but a couple of times for free to design, sketch, and measure, and make sure we were getting exactly what would work for us. We had our Master bedroom closet, and our guest room/office closet to be done. She had some great ideas, and was so helpful in the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and can show you in 3D what it will look like! Glenn was great to work with and he and his staff did a fabulous job on my office. He helped me design a built-in desk and storage area that is not only the perfect use of the small space (used to be a walk in closet) but also beautiful.
Due to Covid the materials were very backordered, frustrating, but totally not his fault. He was excellent about continually communicating the status to us and pushing the manufacturers to get my materials as soon as possible. Excellent company and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I shopped around quite a bit for our two walk in master closets and I chose Glenn because of how responsive and thorough he was over the phone and by email, even though he wasn't the cheapest option. He was very flexible when it came time to coming to the house for measurements and installation. He was always incredibly on time, professional, and followed all COVID guidelines.

We recently renovated our walk in closet with Glenn and his team. Five stars all the way. The planning/quoting process was simple and easy, he worked with me on revisions and redesigns via email, sending me 3-D visuals on what the finished product would look like, the instal was completed in a day; and the closet looks fabulous! It's the first custom closet I've every had and I can tell you, there's nothing quite like a well organized space. They also guarantee their product for life, which speaks to their confidence and belief in what they do.

This is a great company to work with. Our project involved 4 walk-in closets and 2 home office stations. We shopped around and from the start, Pacific Closet was the most responsive company. They allowed us to pick what we wanted without employing any sales pressure tactics. Glenn and his crew Leo and Allen where great. They gave us a time when all areas will be completed and they beat the time set by a couple of weeks. Glenn operates a first class company! Had my old cabinets in my garage Laguna Niguel replaced with new gray laminate cabinets. Installation came out perfect and now I can fit everything in.
