They used a sheet to cover my furniture, they lied about when my furniture was picked up. Then they make you pay the whole thing, then have to go online to ask for your money back. They also will not help with putting any information in for broken things. The one thing that was good, was the first interaction with the sales person and her office personnel. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

They packed my home on 9.16.21 with contract to deliver the following week. Moving from SC to Boston. Day of packing We were told driver was sick. Our furniture was stored in N. Charleston facility -2 weeks have passed! We were told the driver quit! Still waiting for our furniture-now supposedly coming to Boston 9.30.21 we regret using these movers who are affiliated with Allied Movers. Do Not use them. In fact there was a penalty clause. Now they say I need to pay and file a claim for the penalty!!

From the estimate that Christie prepared to the scheduling of the move by Sandra everything was great. The crew arrived on time, looked at everything and went to work. They covered the floors and door frame to ensure there was no damage. This was a local move so the crew arrived at the new home and placed everything where I wanted it. I drive for Allied Van Lines for an agent out of Rochester, NY for 13 years now. Sometimes i have to deliver shipments to other allied agents across the U.S. Let me tell you, it can be a very nerve racking experience handing off your hard work to someone else. Everyone I dealt with from the office to the people I worked with delivering my shipment were very friendly, accommodating, professional, and efficient. I trust they will take care of the customer I worked hard for. Definitely one of the better agents I've ever worked with.

From our initial call to the helpful Azalea Moving office staff, to Christie's on-site estimate that was reasonable and accurate, to the crew who arrived on time, this moving experience was pleasant and painless. Joe, the crew leader was efficient and direct. The courteous crew prepped the house to protect our wooden floors, door posts and entrances.
