Services
Job time starts when we arrive at your home or office and ends when we finish work at your destination. Job hours are billed in 15 minute increments. The standard 1 hour travel time is added to all local moves. Please call for long distant quotes. Some pianos, safes, or exceptional items are subject to minimal charges.
While our focus is on Mount Pleasant, Charleston and the Barrier Islands, our certificate authorizes us and we are glad to move goods between points and places in Beaufort, Berkeley, Charleston, Dorchester, Georgetown, and Horry counties, SC, to all places in SC. Insurance: We carry required cargo insurance for your goods and liability insurance for coverage on the vehicle carrying your goods.
Be sure to make appropriate arrangements for pets during moving time - for their sake and possible risk factors. Assign a different color dot/label sticker for each room - this saves time for you and for the movers. Put things that you don't want packed or moved in a special location and clearly mark them with "do not move".

Let me begin by saying the workers were excellent! They took great care with our furniture, everything was wrapped and very well protected. We have giant, solid, heavy pieces so we did end up having some marks on the walls going up the steps which we expected and can’t be helped. Very easily fixed. My furniture did not have a scratch on it. Again, the guys were amazing, we loved them! Our only complaint is the price and the owner. The owner quoted us a price and when all was said and done charged us hundreds more. More than double the cost of the lower end of the quote. This after being given

We hired a couple of guys to help us for a few hours this past Friday. Around noon, they contacted us to say they were short handed, and wouldn’t be able to help us. We already had a truck rented and had additional movers setup to meet us in Greenville Saturday morning. We had previously used Island Movers, so I called in hopes they could help us out on very short notice. John came through big time. He had his guys there within an hour. Truly saved the day. I should have called them first. Great effort by his guys as well.
