*******UPDATE********* Arturo's crew returned this weekend to replace insulation, sheetrock, and moldings. Our basement is slowly getting back to normal. We cannot say enough wonderful things about United Water Restoration. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone who may find themselves in need of their services. We will also be voting for them in the Best of Long Island Contest!!!

I highly recommend United Water Restoration. The team is highly responsive and very patient with all of my questions. I recently discovered a few spots in potential asbestos issues and was able to schedule a removal within a week! Pedro came to the house to do the removal and was extremely professional. Everything was blocked off and contained with no mess left behind. I will most certainly use them again if I ever run into any other issues

Can't recommend UWR enough. My father is in Florida for the winter. A gigantic tree crushed his kitchen and dining room on Christmas Eve. Phil and Victor called me back on Christmas Day to arrange the job and started a day later. They handled EVERYTHING. Cleanup, repair, navigating insurance, etc. and got everything back to the way it was, down to the exact same paint color, in less than 3 weeks. By the time my old man gets back from the sunshine, it'll have been ancient history. Thanks guys!

I was referred by my home owner insurance for damages made to my attic space from raccoon infestation. They did a week worth of cleaning in 2 days!!! Clean up after the damage and remove of the remaining of the raccoons as well and they went above and beyond in hot and terrible condition so professional and courteous would recommend them for any help that you need not just for water damage!!!
